1.5g lean bulk cycle check.

IMG_3117.webp2 weeks out from my 16-20 week lean bulk. I have been on cruise since Feb. 150/75/8iu Test/Primo/GH started ramping up 3 weeks ago 300/150/10iu.

Getting ready to mix up my first 4 weeks of oil figured I run it by the boys.

I am going to be blending 3 testosterones ( TestC 200, TestE 250, Sust 250) not for any good reason except I have some vials that are getting old that I need to run through. I’ll be pinning either EOD or ED probably ED because I don’t like pushing 3ml syringes. But with 7ml to push it’s either 1.75ml EOD or 1ml ED

Here is the stack
700/300/300/200/10iu/25mg
Test/Primo/MastE/Deca/GH/Var

Test base is 200/250/250 C/E/Sust

Primo for AI, Mast for SERM both dry compounds so a little Deca for wetness.

GH is pinned 3x daily, Var will be taken PWO six days a week.

First time running Mast anything I should keep an eye out for.

Also all my oils are mct except the pharma TestC is cotton seed it will only make up 4ml of the 28ml solution. Will the cotton seed blend with the mct or is it going to try and separate?

Any input on the stack will be well received.
 
Looks like a pretty good cycle.

I haven't run mast for very long, but every time I try it, I break out in acne on my biceps.

But not every one has that issue

Thanks, I had to run accutane after my last bulk. Deca gave me bad cystic acne on my chest and stomach. I’m hoping that the permanent effect of accutane will help with acne this cycle. If not I still have a whole course of accutane on hand.

oils most likely wont separate, cycle looks good. why the var? I know people love their orals (i do too) but this cycle seems like you really dislike your lipids (three DHTs, totalling 750mg). if you eat right this is gonna put some serious mass on you. I would avoid anything that additionally stresses you liver tho, just to be safe

I’ve only run Var once for 6 weeks when I came off my last bulk. I took it PWO and even in a deficit my lifts felt great nice and strong great pumps. I figured if it did this for me in a deficit I imagine it will be even better fed. My HDL does take a little hit down to the bottom of the normal range but bounces back when I cruise. Just hit one and a half years of not a drop of alcohol so only thing really stressing the liver is the AAS.

I’m not set in stone on the var and could drop it down to 3 days and only take it on my heavy days. I do PPLPPL but I lift heavy Mon, Tues and Wednesday and do lighter squeeze work Thurs, Fri and Sat.
 
GH pinned x3 daily will create more blood sugar issues in a surplus; do a bolus either pre workout or before bed.
I was pinning am/pm when I was at 8iu just split it to 3 when I went up to 10iu. I am also on 15mg Tirz not sure if that helps with GH blood sugar issues but my fasted glucose was 69 this morning. I work out at 7am so maybe a 5/5 am/pm split would be better. Or do you really think a 10iu single bolus before bed is the way to go.
 
Take all HGH before bed, especially in a push phase there's no reason to interfere with BG more than once per day. Dose it's irrelevant, either 2 IU or 20 IU it doesn't matter.

I'd not suggest running 2 DHT derivatives during push phase, you have primo in for estrogen management and i hear it, works like a charm. Mast won't do jackshit for building purposes and you don't need a SERM anyways. Save it for cutting and raise thr dose of other compounds like 150 more test and 150 primo or 100 up on all 3 compounds.

Also, drop the var. If you really feel the urge to add it just save it for the last weeks of your phase and take it everyday in a decent amount, just blast it for a few weeks and then come off from all and go on a cruise. That low dose thing and only particular days ain't working, at least for me even when i ran it 50mg. Only when i had it ed i felt it.
 
What are your current macros and what will you be changing them do for your bulk?

Would love to see any meal plan/inputs you have.
Stats right now
Age 39-3/4 6’3” 207lb 8-10%bf
I do not have an accurate bf, skin fold calipers measure at 5mm at three sites chart says I’m leaner than I really am.

My maintenance macros right now are
300P 400C 50F scale stays steady at 3200cal
Will bump carbs to 500, fat to 60 so 3700cal to start. Will add 50cal a week of carbs.

My day time food is the same 6 days a week literally pack the lunchbox the same everyday, dinner is always grilled meat and a carb. I eat a cheat meal once a week on the weekends ( This weekend I had fried shrimp and French fries with my toes in the sand on the Gulf of America)

I drink 150g protein a day eat the other 150.
Carbs are fruit, potatoes, rice and grits.
Fat is passively added for the most part from protein sources.
 
Agree with Eddie. Ditch the mast and the var. go up on the test / primo in whatever ratio controls your E2. And GH single bonus before bed. Maybe bump that Deca up a little as well.

Diet-wise it’s up to you but I always find it easier to get more food in when carbs are higher and protein is lower. So maybe drop that protein down to as little as 225-250 g and ramp the carbs as you’ve outlined. Lots of professionals have gone this route (slightly lower protein higher carbs) with great success (Fitzwater being the most notable that comes to mind - but Justin Harris has been shouting about this for years, and Mike Mentzer decades before him). The higher carbs will keep your metabolism going and you should still be able to eat every 2-3 hours with less protein filling you up / causing satiety, especially on 15 mg Tirz. Something like 130 g cooked grilled chicken with 300-400 g cooked rice will get you 40 G protein (excluding protein from the rice) and up to 120 g carbs. Also, if that much rice becomes an issue to get down multiple times per day I’d strongly consider trying cream of rice. Lots of vendors out there with good flavors also. Can just get the plain too and add honey, banana, etc for more carbs. that’s a nice hack to get clean carbs in that digest well and won’t fill you up as much.

One more thing - and I know this will catch a lot of hate since it always seems to, I would be damn sure that your training and diet is buttoned up before you start this cycle. This is a lot of gear and GH for someone your size. THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM. I am just pointing out that, on average, this seems like a bit of overkill on the gear front given your stats. I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm not saying you should take less (and you wouldn't care if I did anyway). You seem to be very lean, idk if you are a "hard gainer" or not, but 1.5g weekly at 6'3 210 w/ 10 iu GH just seems like quite a bit. If the diet and training aren't proper, you can take 2x these dosages and it won't matter. Again, not a criticism, not a disparagement. Just suggesting to look at the whole picture before blasting. If you are bent on it, I stand by what I said above - no var, no mast, up test, up primo, up Deca.

I’ll give the single bolus a go. Makes sense as my AM dose was really to help with fat burning durning morning fasted cardio which I do not plan on doing during my bulk. Still going to do some cardio 20-30 minutes post lifting.

Yes primo does work as an AI for me. At a 2:1 T/P ratio my E stays at the high normal range. 500mg test no AI puts my E at 128.

Unfortunately I do need a SERM I have a little lump just above right nipple. I can knock it down with Novla but it never really goes away. Even from just starting to increase dosages it’s flaring up. I did blend up my oils yesterday so I’ll be running mast for at least 4 weeks then I’ll pull labs. I know what my labs should look like from the other three compounds so will see how mast affects them.

Also have you seen the price of primo lately, I’m on my last $300 200mg kit. And I love the low does for cruise gives me a nice grainy look. Would rather save as much primo for cruising as I can.

My last bulk was 500/400/400 Test/Primo/Deca
I had to drop Deca at week 12 my prolactin was going crazy. It was a good bulk overall 8lbs lean mass retained after the cut. But I think if I can stay leaner the whole time and not have to cut so hard I will gain/keep more.

Like I said I’m not set in stone on the var but I do notice 25mg PWO. During work out more drive crazy pumps, post workout my muscle are twitching and dancing for a couple hours.

The mast is in for the first 4 weeks I’ll see if I want to keep it in or drop it. Need to see how it works for me. I am aiming for my E to be 60-70 if I’m lower than that with the higher test my joints start aching libido takes a hit mood is not good.

I will give the single bolus a go I have a couple days left of preloads. Next batch I’ll mix up for 10iu single shot.

High Deca isn’t for me the prolactin issues that hit me late cycle are to much.

I have tried several different macro combos over the last 3 years. High carb has been the game changer for me I couldn’t get below 13% till I went high carb.

As far as keeping the protein higher it is easier for me to drink 150g of protein than eat more good carbs. And with the Tirz drinking some calories helps a ton with the full feeling.

I agree this is not a lite cycle. I’m not a hard gainer I’m a fast loser and struggle to keep mass and stay lean. But I’m getting better at retaining gains. My body just really wants to be 200lbs so this will be my last big push to try and put on some mass. Got back on track 3 years ago started TRT and dialed in 2 years ago. Diet is dialed in I have eaten the same food every day for the last year and a half only adjusting amounts as needed. Training I have been at the gym 5-6 days a week for the last 3 years I train to failure in the 10-20 rep range 4-6 movements 5 sets each, sessions are a hour to an hour and a half. Looking great brother. It all sounds like it makes sense.

Have you ever tried NPP instead of Deca? You can run it shorter duration and also bail quickly if it doesn't agree with you

My last bulk I used NPP to front load for deca ran 400/400 NPP/deca for first 4 weeks then dropped the NPP. I handled 400mg deca fine for about 12 weeks then had a lump show up cystic acne blew up. Even though my E was high normal my prolactin went crazy. But I did consider just running NPP because I was worried about the mental sides. Luckily I didn’t have any mental sides at all.

Hows your glucose management? Specially with GH 3x a day relative high dose.
Its worth to add low daily dose of Reta for reducing/avoiding additional liver fat and specially helping control your insulin sensitivity.
Or/and add some insulin base to alleviate some stress from the pancreas and fast acting around workout

I’m on 15mg Tirz will eventually will make the transition to Reta. Been on Tirz for a year now and love the stuff. I usually only check my fasted glucose in the morning and it’s usually 69-72.

I did take the advice above and switch to a single 10iu bolus before bed. Last night was my first dose and I slept like a rock. And definitely had more energy throughout the day.

Agree that test level seems super low for what you’re on

Also I’d consider switching to Reta especially on that much GH. My sugar dropped about 25% going from tirz to reta.
