They are selective scammers, im still out 1800$ and they refuse to refund. Their policy says "We offer refunds for orders that have been paid but not shipped" but they are straight up lying and ignoring my request.

Production and shippments are now gradually returning to normal.

Since my first package actually landed before the ssa drama, i cant imagine anything else than the hblf factory got shut down during the inspections and all the money confiscated.
Maybe if they get enough "pre sales" to pay their taxes with some bribes along the way, they get to restart their production?
