how you reach the correct dosage 10 mg 50 mg starting from 5 g an example...

There you are, or you can buy a 0.001 scale which can measure out mg.
1000 mg = a gram, so 100mg is 0.1G

Great article but depending on the powder that your using the weight will be off. Say creamer and a size 0 capsules. Size 0 capsules hold up to 490mg in each. Now this is true depending on the powder and the density of it. But again say creamer. You can not get in the capsules 490mg of creamer. It holds about 300mg of creamer packed nicely in it.

To see how much of the powder you use can fit in the capsules do a dry run. Just using the filler. Fill the capsules and pack them tight. Weigh the full caps. Then weight the same amount of empy capsules and subtract that from the total.

BAMM now you know how much of the filler you use will fit in the capsules. Empty the capsules and do a real run now

So again creams and the 30g you need to fill 100 capsules. Say you want 10mg active in each. That's 1g active and 29g filler. Mix and enjoy
