Lemme know what you all think!!

Ok so first off, fuck you, I can never pull off something this well planned out and emaculate.

I can see the reasoning behind this whole meal plan especially regarding your timing IMO its almost perfect.

(I would want to cut out the milk though right before bed, the fat and carbs trigger somatostatin release which would inhibit the large release of GH in your first REM cycle.)

So again...

Fuck you.

So you get it huh?! Good!! I've fucked with it ALOT over the past year that I've been at this again and I really like where it's at for the moment..

Thanks for the milk tip, I certainly didn't know that. Going back to water tonight.

Give me some more comments on the diet.. This is really the first time I've shared it with anyone come to think of it. Let me know what you think, good or bad.

I agree about the sodium being too high in V8 and bacon despite being low sodium. Also, try egg beaters instead of egg whites. The pasteurized eggs will eliminate the chance of salmonella. The one thing that really stands out...add some greens. Leafy greens, broccoli, etc. Everything looks pretty good though. Keep up the good work!

Yea I kinda know I've been slacking on the veggies.. Right before I started the cycle I was on keto and had to eat veggies with every freaking meal and really just got bored with them. Thanks for pointing that out.

Just one comment. Cook your eggs. Cooking denatures the protein, making it more digestible.

Digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein in humans as assessed by stable isotope techniques. Digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein in humans... [J Nutr. 1998] - PubMed - NCBI

Abstract

Egg proteins contribute substantially to the daily nitrogen allowances in Western countries and are generally considered to be highly digestible. However, information is lacking on the true ileal digestibility of either raw or cooked egg protein. The recent availability of stable isotope-labeled egg protein allowed determination of the true ileal digestibility of egg protein by means of noninvasive tracer techniques. Five ileostomy patients were studied, once after ingestion of a test meal consisting of 25 g of cooked 13C- and 15N-labeled egg protein, and once after ingestion of the same test meal in raw form. Ileal effluents and breath samples were collected at regular intervals after consumption of the test meal and analyzed for 15N- and 13C-content, respectively. The true ileal digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein amounted to 90.9 +/- 0.8 and 51.3 +/- 9.8%, respectively. A significant negative correlation (r = -0.92, P < 0.001) was found between the 13C-recovery in breath and the recovery of exogenous N in the ileal effluents. In summary, using the 15N-dilution technique we demonstrated that the assimilation of cooked egg protein is efficient, albeit incomplete, and that the true ileal digestibility of egg protein is significantly enhanced by heat-pretreatment. A simple 13C-breath test technique furthermore proved to be a suitable alternative for the evaluation of the true ileal digestibility of egg protein.

Serious question here: how much REM are you actually seeing on a Tren cycle? It seems it prohibits the full shutdown (in comparison to normal "shutdown") of your metabolism during sleep, that your amount of REM sleep would be greatly disturbed. I know recent studies have shown this behavior with marijuana use (tell me again why pot gets so many studies done and steroids don't. Ugh.) and it's disturbance of REM sleep when used close to sleep. The user falls asleep, but the body doesn't shut down and enter REM causing the "weed hangover". The sweats and vivid dreams with Tren seem suggestive of a disrupted REM state, as does the extremely accelerated fat loss even without an especially lean diet. I also wonder if REM disturbance isn't responsible for some of the other associated side effects in some Tren users. An overly aggressive demeanor and lethargy/depression are indicitive of insomnia in a big way. A seriously disturbed REM cycle is essentially insomnia, and even worse in some people.

I'm just spitballing from my La-Z-Boy, but I'm wondering if that all makes sense from a biological perspective.

It may affect your REM but with the ridiculous gains you get from tren compared to other compounds, does it matter? Especially if you are only running in for a couple months. Would you rather gain muscle and gain fat and get more REM or gain muscle maintain bf/ lose bf and skip out on some of your REM cycle?:D

Oh, I agree that it's a massively effective compound with a good risk to reward ratio for many guys. My comment was based more around GH recovery and the like. I'm wondering how much of the typical thought processes one would follow naturally, or even with other anabolics (how much sleep, when/what to eat before sleep, etc...) are out the window with Tren because of the way it might effect your REM patterns.

+1 for some greens.

I also get sick of greens after a while so I try to get them in via a green shake. I just pre-portion all my ingredients into ziplocks at the beginning if the week so it's just dump, blend, and chug before I leave in the morning. Also, consider supplementing digestive enzymes and probiotics, makes processing the large amount of food easier on your body.

Hopefully it doesn't and if it does I'd like to see the correlation with GH release. It would almost be tragic if it in fact was detrimental to GH release for multiple reasons. Satellite cell response in muscle tissue to IGF-1 is greatly increased while on Tren. (for any one who may not know, IGF-1 release is triggered by GH.)

Maybe a few sleeping pills would help make sure you are hitting REM states for long enough, but then again i have no idea just throwing it out there.

Good thoughts man.

Either way at the end of the day Tren is gonna get you dem gains son.

Just stopped to hate/admire your diet. Good shit man. If I HAD to tweak it I would do lose the bacon and v8 daily and add greens like others have already stated.

Well I'm a freaking pussy. I'm pretty sick and didn't go to the gym this morning. I just couldn't do it, I'm dealing with a slight fever, sore throat, stuffy nose, etc. I really hope I'm g2g tomorrow or this is going to screw up my routine. I don't get it though, I had a minor cold off and on for 2 weeks but nothing like this. I felt 100% better Wednesday or Thursday of last week, watched a movie Saturday night and by the end of it I had a 101 degree fever. Been downhill since.

I pinned 70mg Tren yesterday and 70mg again today. I woke up and was kind of fooling myself into thinking I could go to the gym, shortly after I pinned it was clear I wasn't going..

Pump some cold/flu meds quick. Thats what I usually do to ward it off pretty quickly. I have had the flu 3 times in my life and the shit is nothing to fucking play with. I hope its not the flu and just a cold or sinus infection.

It could be a bug or it could be your body is just beat down. Either way it needs a rest. Me, I just go to the gym either way, I'm no fucking pussy[:o)][:o)][:o)] Seriously bro, rest is best.
