that's me in the photograph from the worlds in Vegas last year, my meet is in the barbell hall of fame in york pa November 16-17 its the senior nationals i cant leave my real pic up for long but thats me
 
Today is my bench day i am not running anything right now, but its a mix one week heavy one week light , today was my light day here are my numbers

10 sets of 10 flat bench 30 seconds rest 250 pounds speed work move the bar fast as possible

close grip 5 sets of 5 300 pounds all paused

3 sets of 10 floor skull crushers 100 pounds

peck dec 190 pounds 3 sets of 20

triceps push downs 3 sets of 100 with 100 pounds

got my gear today, going to docs tomorrow get blood work done i can tell you for a fact right now my levels are about 800 and i am not going to lie i pinned
250 mg of the Test E
150 mg of the Deca
and chewed 30 mg of dbol

it was smooth when i pinned
and the dbol is legit taste like chemical's and i started to sweat 20 minutes after words allays happens when i chew dbol that is real. Keep you guys updated on my strength gains true test of gear for me. Saderday another 250 of test and 30 mg of dbol a day for the next 6 weeks every other tueday 150 mg deca if it is garbage and my strength gains are not what they should be i will be honest but right no to early to tell so far feel fine only time will tell. but one thing is very ell packaged and came fast as hell up side there.

Are you running your deca at 300mg a week or 150 a week?
 
I told everyone i would be honest and i ment it

i pinned at 1pm est time its now almost 10 pm i am sitting on a bag of peas and just took 1000 mg of motrin the pip in my ass is horrendous never in my life had a lump or pain this fast just being honest going to pin one more time opposite side like allays if it hurts this bad switching gear can not even imagine how bad this is going to hurt in the morning.

ouch! Were you tense when you injected? Did you move the pin around when you injected?

I always massage the area first warm my gear up and apply pressure right after injection for about 5 mins and I massage after injection too. Every now and again you can get a bad injection. I hope the next one goes well. The other guys that are on his gear haven't complained about pip.

king i did not move its routine for me i always massgae the area before and after it was smooth pinning it it just crept up on me put it this way i had a girl coming over tonight and told her to stay home shit hurts bad maybe its just one of those times where freak shit happens but right now not happy lol i am not saying anything bad about the gear but i am just updating everyone to whats going on he sponsored me so i am not even complaining i said i would be honest and i am.

just an update on my pip it is slightly here today, think maybe it was just a freak accurance. will be pinning another 250 mg test sat so will update sat or sunday but it is not bad at all like last night not even close. plus the deca is 300 mg so there will be more bb and alcohol in it so maybe because its 300 mg per ml it has a little more bite but i will continue updateing everyone also chewed three more dbol today love real dbol already feeling pumped you no shit is good when you get a pump from taking a shower and wash your hair and your shoulders feel like you just hit three sets of military presses lol

When would you recommend using var? I'm going to be running a 12 week test/TrenE cycle. Should I run it weeks 8-12 or or 11-15 to bridge into my pct?

you can, i would start the var on week 7 and run it 40 mg ed for 6 weeks. that is just what i would do, i do not no how your body reacts to gear so if you have sensitive nips or any other estrogen build up sides i would go right to a serm all depends on how you react everyone is different.
