Hey guys, what's your opinion on using a germicidal UVC lamp for the purposes of sterilizing your filled vials? I know that any rogue particles would, of course, be able to shield microbes from the light- but I'm thinking as a final stage after autoclave and filtration. Any thoughts on the matter?

Overkill IMO.
My thought is 95%+ (educated guess) of AAS associated infections are dermal in origin. The other 5% are from guys like STP who brew with a coffee cup and microwave. An autoclave is sufficient.

Well, I planned on working in a glovebox under anaerobic conditions, and I'd use a light to sterilize it before I worked on anything. Germicidal UVC lamps, ballasts and fixtures are all dirt cheap.
I just thought that doing it a final time might nuke anything leftover. I do agree with your point on the source of infection. Many, if not most, occur from the improper sanitation of the injection site prior to injection.
...I'm personally a fan of overkill.

It's not a bad idea, but don't use it on your stoppers. UVC breaks the chemical bonds of plastic and rubber pretty quickly. I don't think you're going to kill enough outliers left over from an autoclave to make it worth the time/effort/cost, but assuming your anal retentiveness wins out, make sure you don't get skin cancer from it 
I always preferred an autoclave for piercing supplies and jewelry, and I never saw anyone who took proper care of their piercing get an infection.

I was planning on using silicone stoppers for just that reason, mounting the UVC behind a glass panel underneath the vials and using a wire rack to slide them into so they hung suspended over it. Ideally, I'd want to prevent the caps from being exposed to any light, as they all have plastic covers. It's just an idea, and UVC lights are dirt cheap. Ballasts aren't that expensive either, especially if a friend has a few left over from a grow house that would be compatible...

i think its not needed....if filtered / heated and ba,bb then i see no reason it would be dirty at all ...unless you used crap dirty raws or dirty oil to begin with

Just mist with water lightly and set it in the closet. 1 month later whalaa, mushrooms and gear. [

O filtro não esterilizar. Você precisa comprar óleo estéril, e então você precisa para esterilizar a mistura após o cozimento.
