Cycle Tricks

Yeah im running some Test E and Dbol. I drink about 10 bottles of water a day. I eat my weight in protein a day maybe 3000 calories, I get plenty of sleep. I get about 10 sets into my workout and my arms are on fire. Is this a good workout because my body is telling me to stop or should I try and work through the burn?? If it isn't enough of a workout does anyone know any tricks to get around the quick fatigue?

Bro bro bro.

No flame, but damn.

You don't know how your body should feel after/during a workout, but you're cycling?

I hope I am just having reading comprehension problems.

I know what it normally takes for me to burn out, and its a lot more than 10 sets. Maybe its just im doing much heavier lifts than before.
I was wondering if dbol had this effect on anyone else?

Push through that shit!!!

You could just be getting a crazy pump from the dbol. I wouldn't worry about it.

Is this your first time using dbol? How much are you taking and when?

I took a low dose before but it wasnt that good. What I have now is good. I take 25 in the am and 25 in the evening. I started feeling it after 3 days. today was day 8 and i felt super strong, I just didn't want to overdo it. Ill go harder tomorrow.

If the pumps get to be too much to handle cut the tabs in half and take one half before your workout and 2 halves at separate times throughout the day for a total of 37.5mg.

Good idea ill see how tomorrow goes and if its the same ill try that. Im so excited im blowing up super fast im worried people might think im on steroids.

DENY DENY DENY.

Creatine, protein, hard-work, and lots of water....that's all anyone else needs to know.

Back to the workout pain.

Push through it. Work your ass off and eat like a mofo. Don't believe for a second that the gains you are seeing right now are real. They are not real. They are water gains. So, get busy eating, and keep lifting hard, the LBM will come.

My on-cycle philosophy? OVERTRAINING DOES NOT EXIST.

dude my calfs are huge bro. these gains are not water. Seriously im not real pleased with the growth of my biceps vs the rest of my upper body. I really want that popeye pump. Any exercise suggestions...

This is probably a personal thing and everyone is different, but I have found that drinking too much water fucks me right up.
Cut your fluids by a half (how big are those bottles, how much test E?) and see what happens. Its extreme, but you will see an immediate result iether way, good or bad.
After, slowly bring your fluid intake back up to find what works for you.
Might not help, but it did for me, good luck.

What is the reason you believe you take in too much water?

10 bottles of water is not a lot of water! The standard bottle of water is 16.9 oz... so 16.9 x 10 = 169 oz... 1 gallon of water is 128 oz...He should be taking in atleast 1-2 gallons a day. In fact he should intake the 10 bottles and then some especially since he is on and oral.

I thought everyone knew that too much water was not good for performance..?

In my case it helped a lot. I was just sharing the experience as a 'cycle trick' that worked for me after reading a bunch of studies like in the link.

Drink 1-2 gallons of water a day. As far as fatigue in the gym goes, push through that shit! That's what it's all about, accomplishing what was once "impossible", getting stronger, and setting the bar for next time. This is a lifestyle and it isn't easy, but it's very rewarding. Pull your head out of your ass, lift hard, drink a lot of water, get enough sleep and eat big and you WILL grow, I promise. Good luck bro. Try to take some advice and things will move along nicely for you.

It amazes the amount of hate spewed in these chats. Most people are just looking for a little advice so they don't make the same mistake the you all did when you first started to juice. On the other hand there are people like me who post things so I can laugh at you haters trying to laugh at me. If you go back and look at my original post you will see that it is purposely detailed yet vague at the same time leaving the door open for all the hate.

I'll start and keep it vague as well. That's the stupidest fucking thing I've ever heard. What a waste of time!
