I know you guys are cycling, and maybe there's a few more guys on here. Beezil, isn't your brother a pro rider or something close?
Anyways, I'm just wondering how you guys mix your riding in with weight training. Unfortunately, the weather around my way hasn't been the greatest this year. I've been getting around 40 miles in each day, Sat and Sunday mornings. I try to get at least like a half-hour "time trial" ride in during the week as like a HIT cardio on Wed, which is my off day of lifting. I lift 4 days a week.
I'm only in my second riding season, and I know you guys have been at it for awhile. I got a pretty nice ride about 6 weeks ago. I rode a hand-me-down bike last year, and waited before I put money on the table. I golf, cycle, and obv. lift/"bodybuild". I wish I could find a cheaper habit [
