I wasnt refering to your trolling for clients or anything like that. But rather the amount of traffic you generate even if a part of it is to put you down. :)

Bro if I care what people thought I would be a little puss and run the other way...
It like a one big cyber soap opera some times on here...Better then watching TV at times LOL...

Your "anemia" may be caused by a couple of things

over training

poor pre and post workout nutrition

I am quite aware of the importance of fueling up both before and after. I know its a science, but I honestly do not feel like it alone constitutes whether or not you make gains..Wouldn't you say most guys on TRT complain about a higher hematocrit? And yes, you could chalk it off to diet, but I do eat a variety of foods, all of which are non-processed and full of nutrients. I may skimp here and there on the vegetables, but I make up for it with snacks throughout the day. What if, and holy shit is this crazy, I wasn't absorbing folate/b12/iron?

Another thing I have going on is excessive gas. Ill be sitting in class and get bloated from holding those little fuckers in

you should keep a food diary for a few days - see if you can tie the gas to a specific food or food type

Have you tried a paleo type diet by cutting out grains? Maybe there is some sort of celiac thing involved? I think the resting from training a bit is a good idea too. 3-4 weeks off should give you a definitive answer as to if your training is the problem.

I agree w/ the food diary. Caloriecount.about.com is good. You do have an eating disorder history so I have a hard time buying what you are selling about your diet.

Try a red meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable centric paleo diet for awhile. I know it's hard as a college student, but you can definitely make it work at the cafeteria between the salad and sandwich bar and whatever meats they got.

Okay, well I'll start with today:
Breakfast:
2 pb n j's on whole wheat bread with a glass of milk (not a normal breakfast for me, I was rushed)

Snack: pistachios

Lunch: two chicken breasts on buns, mixed veggies, and clam chowder (one bowl) with two 8 oz. glasses of v8 juice

Snack: more pistachios (love me some pistachios) with a can of Arnold Palmer tea

Supper: I was lazy and went to subway. Footlong flatbread steak and cheese

Snack: before bed (cottage cheese, little whey, scoop of pb, scoop of frozen yogurt, scoop of oats and blended)

any flatulence?

A fuck load. These types of foods are pretty much what I eat everyday, but I'll usually end up getting gas and cramps. Stools are normal though as far as shape and consistency go, not a dark brown in color..more of a orangish brown, and that's pretty much everyday for me.

400 calories minimum at breakfast
50 calories minimum snack
500 calories minimum lunch
130 calories minimum snack #2
760 calories dinner
minimum 400 calories snack
= 2,240 calories.

I estimated way on the low end for all of this, you could have eaten more for sure. What is your height and weight currently?

I know, I know..currently 5'8 170. The problem I have is that I ate this much by forcing the majority of it down. My appetite is just in the shitter man. It used to be that I would literally have to eat first thing when I got up or I couldn't function. I was ravenous constantly before, and now I can get up and have no desire to eat until noon or later. The majority of my intake before then is forced.

I meant that you likely ate more than I estimated. At your height and weight what you ate today was just fine. Probably more than you need.

Try the paleo style diet. I bet cutting most of those crap carbs you are eating out will help your digestion out.
