Potential Jurors More Upset at Steroid Witch-Hunt Than Roger Clemens Steroid Use

Steroid News

News bot on steroids
United States District Judge Reggie Walton is apparently having a difficult time finding a suitable jury for the Roger Clemens steroid perjury trial. It seems that potential jurors more likely to be upset at the government for their witch-hunt involving celebrity athletes than they are to be upset by the possibility that Roger Clemens lied about his use of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone.

well now. doesnt this say something. in fact. it speaks VOLUME. if i am to understand correctly. the trouble is not trying to find a jury that is unbiased. its trying to find one thats isnt apathetic. seems a lot of people think this is a waste of time. of resource. a waste in general. perjury is a crime. i get it. but this goes beyond. i plead the fifth. if perjury can even be proved. seems though. people have more pressing issues on their minds. other than performance enhancing drugs in athletics. really. who cares. and who else to test these drugs. to enhance excellent human performance. other than athletes. the sick, damned, dying or soon to be dead? and i hope it can help those. but i think theres more. a bigger picture.
so theyre having a tough time finding jurors. lets just say the majority wins. and most people arent that concerned. out of 1000. say 600 dont care. arbitrary numbers. lets make it 750 who honestly think tax payer money should be spent somewhere else. find 100-200 jurors that may be eligible. whittle that down and what have we got. a select few to actually let the case go forward. and how does that even reflect upon what it seems a lot of people are feeling. that this isnt that urgent. a true reflectionof the people? a real crime. a trial by my peers. so how is this trial or the jury or the verdict a reflection of what people are interested in. its not. unless i am totally off base. politics as usual. and special interests. and i know the government provides. i separate government and politicians. and this is worthless. and political.
