id add national security. because even corrupt governments and regimes have to be dealt with. and the more intertwined they get the worse. and economic issues. because mexico is our southern neighbor. and the border is huge. so throw in immigration. most people are proud of their nationality. but everyone wants to come here because life for the most part is better. aside from the violence which from what ive been reading is straying away from just business as usual. its sadistic. for fun and kicks and because they can. so now your fighting people with no real code or honor. theyre just psychopaths.
more rehab. less lock up. but i read the the head of the dea dismissed the commision saying drug addiction was a disease. but we dont lock up sick people. we lock up criminals.
ban the big guns. or wow at least dont let them just walk out the door. and then south of the border. the america taliban adam gadahn suggested this to his jihadist followers. because gun laws are a little lax here. might be something to consider. the taliban has also been know to fund themselves with drug money.
promote mexican cops. as opposed to just the army. otherwise its just a shooting gallery. it says they can take them down rico style. if justice isnt already too corrupt to handle it. its been done before. al capone was jailed on tax evasion.
legalize pot. its less physically damaging than alcohol or tabacco. both of which are legal. and lobbied extensivley. unfortunately. but tabacco taxes are huge. and people havent quit. medical marijuana is a reality. and im reading different strains for more medical use. aside from just a buzz. hemp fiber can be used industrially. and the seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids. most notably omega 3 which most people seem be deficient in. and high in protein. low in carbs. and tasty. so more medical benifits. there really isnt a reason to keep it so criminal. the cost to enforce and punish it arent worth it. and penalties are being reduced already. because its such a drain.
maybe even heroin and cocaine. or at least opium and coca. theyre just plants. and really that rounds out the big three. coca is also said to be a lot less addictive. and has interesting uses and history. and then theres cocaine. and then crack. and really the only reason theres so much money being made is because of their legal status. and the risks involved. there a huge risk involved in the drug game. for everyone. and a lot at stake.

contamination from products so drug dealers can make more profits. by cutting product, drug dealers make more money. because drug dealers deal drugs for money. not because theyre your friends.
funny thing is if you get busted, and half of what have is cut. the entire amount is illegal.

this i got linked to from here last week. anyway.
politics as usual. scare tactics because something has to be done. anything.
100 to 1 rock to powder for sentencing. based on what. personally i didnt know the number. just that it was harsh. but its down to 18 to one now. big deal. same with measuring cut with product or actual drug. or even the medium or carrier. and arbitary numbers. for who. despite actual amounts.
