Im currently cutting right now do I have to eat straight egg whites or can I mix a little yolk with them?
 
Don't be scared of a little egg yolk fat. There is actually a lot of the nutrients within the yolk, which well if you think about it makes up most the egg and is the actually egg cell itself. You'll be fine. My wrestling coach tells us to eat eggs everymorning yolk and all because that is the only source of fat we really receive and it is healthy fat. Even while cutting weight I've eaten eggs.
 
look at the sodium content of eggs if you are cutting. Also while some fats should be included in all diets there are a lot healthier fats out there.
 
The diet I used for the '09 Roonnie Coleman Classic called for 1 whole egg and 6 egg whites for breakfast. You gonna need to keep a reasonable amount of fat in your diet to preserve T levels. IMO Coconut Oil is good for this because it has a high saturated fat content, however 70% of that sat. fat is in medium chain triglyceride form which is easily expendable for energy. I dropped the eggs totally 3 weeks out though due to sodium content. Little bit of yolk in the early stages of the cut won't hurt:D
