On your LIFTING DAYS (upper body):

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME in the AM

On Cardio and Legs Days:

Its about time OMEGA!!

I have been using his Lipoflame for over a year. not to cut though so I can't say i lost a ton of fat, because i don't have any, but as an energy booster. It does exactly as he says it does. Its a usable uplifting kind of energy. No jitters or scatter brain feeling like on ECA. This discount came right in time, my bottle is empty.

The AMP02 is very good too. It helps me focus on my muscle, not just a stimulant to get me pumped up.

These are just my opinions based on usage. Take them as you will. But im sure as more people use these products you will find they are some of the best products out there, even compared to 'tried and true' supps. And OMEGA is very honest and a pleasure to have around.
