I'm Stuck!

Been on my current diet since 4/6 and have dropped about 25lbs and am now stuck! Lost 1 lb in the last 3 weeks. I lift for an hour a day 4 days a week and cardio is about 30min usually elliptical 3 times a week. My diet has been steady, about the same everyday as I posted in my DNP log.
Any opinions to get over the hump and back to losing? I have been taking some ripped fuel everyday with minimal sweating. I have plenty of clen on hand but have been staying away from it for no real reason. Looking to drop about another 20 to get back to where I should be.
 
Run the clen. I do it two ways.
(1) 3 weeks on 2 weeks off start at 20mcg work up to 120mcg.
(2) 2days on 1 day off from 20mcg to 120mcg.
You can pyramid it if you like also.

Bump that cardio up to 1 hour at a clip if you can. Maybe 1/2 hour pre workout and 1/2 hour post. Five days a week. I know it sucks but it works. Slow and low eliptical 5mph at a medium resistance. Keep the heart at 120-130

I have been doing this for 4 weeks and I feel fucking good. It actually is becoming addicting. I have only lost about 7 pounds and none of it was muscle mass.

Are you doing this for yourself because of excess fat? Trying to impress someone? Or look good at the beach? Weight loss consist of proper diet and exercise over a period of time! Fuck those drugs! Eat right and sensibly and you'll lose the weight.

Doing this because I gained a ton of weight over this winter (damn gallons of wine!!) and want to get rid of it.. Getting married in November and want to feel better then I have been at the heavier weight. I'm feeling better health wise since I have lost what I have, gym is all around better as far as lifting and cardio. Lifting heavier, have more energy during cardio, can bump up the resistance with greater ease. Just want to get down further so I can then concentrate on getting bigger on my own terms again.
