Thats right I forgot Omega 3 Fish Oils. Take them everyday and my cholesterol is now 125 @ age 47. Plus all the other bennies it has.

There's nothing I'd consider a "must have". Food, I guess, but that's not a supplement.

Want to put on some mass? Eat a lot and lift a lot. Simple.

When I was in my peak, both pre and post juice, respectively, I used nothing. Not even protein powder. I drank 50 egg whites a day instead. You don't NEED supplements. Once you understand this, then supplements become what they really are; SUPPLEMENTS to an already effective dietary and weight training protocol.

Before I became health conscious and aware of all the possible negatives with regards to food pathogens, I used to down raw eggs... And every time I did it I would imagine I was Rocky Balboa, an play punch the mirror and such.

Dunno why, but every time I see raw eggs, I just can't help thinkin of the Italian Stallion:confused:

1.Food
2.water
3.fish oil
4.beta-alanine
5.creatine

Mega-dosing fish oil(25+grams a day) is one of the coolest things that I've tried. I get beat to hell at my job. I come home covered in bruises, and I don't bruise easy. Within a week of mega-dosing, I stopped bruising at all. Recovery and mood went way up.

With the beta-alanine, that was just straight up WEIRD. I'd been commuting to work on my racing bike, and had one or two good hills that kinda sucked. Just about two weeks into taking the BA, which is when everyone says it builds to effective levels, the hills dissappeared. As in one day, they sucked, and I was in my lowest gear, and the next day I was cruising up them. Freaked me out, thought it was just that I was having a good day, but it just went on like that. Flat out the most shocking supp I've ever taken. Same effect with lifting, strength was still going up(powerlifting routine) but I could get more and more reps with the same weight.
