I take 5000iu in one go every once in a while. Definitely gets the balls swinging again. Been thinking of adding it as part of a schedule for a few months, maybe EW or EOW

Standard protocols for trt are 2-3 times a week 250-500IU HCG.

And that’s for maintaining size and function, for fertility they do higher doses.
