My stats 69kg 6’1 17% bf.


18 months in the gym.


Did 300mg testerone for 28 weeks, VERY underwhelming.


I’m planning on starting
600MG test
EQ 400MG
NPP 200MG
HGH 6iu.


Doing my bloods before, during and after, have protection on hand.


What can i expect with this stack, weight wise, im tired of being a skinny fat twink.

second that's way to much for a second cycle, start at 300mg Test again, increase by 30% as progress stalls, be logical when analysing not emotional.
Once E2 his to high, add AI and keep increasing Test or add a second compound like Primo or EQ.
If you're fat you don't need that much, 300mg test and reta, start low build your way up. Cardio and diet.
If you're 69kg at 6'1 your a twink and not fat. You need to learn how to train and eat. And clearly should not be touching gear.
 
I won't bash you any further but I agree with all of the previous replies you've gotten.

In your post you make no mention of diet and training which is a huge red flag. If you can't grown and see great progress on 300 test at your weight and age you need to re-evaulate your diet first.

I can almost guarantee you didn't do this last time but you need to track and weigh everything you eat. Use a tracking app like macrofactor and enter everything that goes into your mouth. Weight yourself daily or at least a few times per week at the same time and put it in the app. It will calculate your TDEE over time. You need to know this in order to know how many calories to eat for a 500kcal surplus.

You certainly need to revist your training as well, but start with the diet and get that down. Adding all of those analbolics and upping the dose is going to get you nowhere. Repeat your last cycle, or bump to 500 test, and do it right for 16 weeks this time.
 
You should try groceries and the gym first
I admit i wasn’t eating correct while on my first cycle,. i’ve learnt from my mistakes, in the last months of it i did gain like 1.6kg of lean mass, id say.


I’ve got a trip to China in july and i want to get to like 73kg by then atleast, hence why im doing this cycle.
 
If you cannot progress natural, you will have a hard time progressing Enhanced....

It just amplifys which effort you put in your training and diet, or not....
I was putting effort in my training, it was good.


My issue was i hated face fat, so the moment i got it id just cut or maintain, but now i’ve learned from my mistakes and ready to take the next step, as im really unhappy with my body, i start UNI in september, i need to change my body and get a lean face by then.

i did Push pull, had two rest days.


I’d hit each muscle group twice, 4-5 to failure, Two sets.

Mate, I seriously beg you to stop following those looksmaxxing influencers. Go follow Jordan Peters for training, Kuba and John Jewett are also goated. Vig Steve is good for gear education, but you have to take anything with a grain of salt and do your own research afterwards. Read the Steroid Forum on here. Ghoul posts for health are great.

- Training to failure, do not attempt reps you cannot complete.

2 Nutrition
Eat 2.2g/kg
Clean carbs
Healthy Fats 0.6g/kg

3 Cardio
20-30 minutes fasted every day.

4 gear
Redo the 300 mg of test don't add anything to it, you'll progress more if you dial everything else

5 ignore the girls if you're doing this for them you'll never be happy.

6 stop going on whatever .org is, it's clearly not good for your mental health and delete TikTok is rots your brain

7 it's not face fat is water, it's normal grow a beard, I used to get moon face pretty bad, now 2 years later I got none, or at least I'm big enough where it's unnoticed
