FWIW, I take their Astaxanthin for lowering inflammation.
It seems to do me well as I definitely notice a difference without it.
However, how thorough their lab testing is compared to a bigger / more established brand, that I’m not sure of.
I personally bought it because of the price, but I know that isn’t the best method alone, hahah.

iherb is from what i heard a trusty supplement vendor but fyi glutathione has zero bioavailability

I've seen this too but i dont know if that brand is trustworthy.. too many bunk supplements around , I take the TUDCA from nutricost and can actually vouch for it. NAC from swanson but im very sus about it , will probably get NAC from nutricost as well.

Mixtures are almost always trash because the doses are no where near effective. Check clinical trials for effectiveness vs dosage. For example, TUDCA trials were with 1200mg. This only has 300mg... it wont do shit for inflammation. Other compounds usually have clinical trials too. For example, milk thistle used 300mg. Dandelion 500mg. But those are far less effective for inflammation and may not work together very well. If you want TUDCA, which is the most powerful of the OTC anti-inflammatories, then this is trash.
