Natty Bloodwork vs 300mg Test Bloodwork

I'm just sharing this as a incentive for people to get bloodwork before jumping in.
Natty bloodwork if from late 2023. Note that I didn't take 48 hours from training thus my liver enzymes. High E2, high test, high prolactin.
You can see that my HDL was low-ish and my LDL over th 70s that we like to see. I was higher bodyfat here 17-20%.
Supps : None - maybe multi-vitamin.

Now to my enhanced bloodwork on 300mg of test (4 weeks into cycle) right before I got injured. In my humble opinion looks 10x better, but I was leaner 11-13% (veins over my abs). HDL still low, but LDL in the same range. I was coming from a small holiday and had a bit of a flu. E2 was good, but low for my taste.
Supps : way too many to know, but O3, citrus bergamot, TUDCA, etc. No statins or ARB/ACE.

Latest labs. Kinda happy with it, would like for HDL to be in the 40-50 range but that's nicotine for you.
For once in my life prolactin has come back in range.
Green light to go back to cycling.
 
how did you get prolactin back down in range?
Honestly don't really know. I have been smoking quite a bit of weed which should have raised prolactin.
It could be a combination of factors, dopamine is regulated by many factors including dopamine, stress and anxiety.
I'm assuming less stress and anxiety due to weed consumption.
