Only some small updates this week:
I actually did take an extended 3 day rest period this week. Partly due to some trouble recovering, and partly due to some GI issues I caused by massively overeating - I had 7k calories one day and my GI tract, on tirz, couldnt handle that, had a rough 2 days, wasn't sure if I should be facing the toilet or sitting on it, if you get my drift. The rest did seem to help, though, came back to the gym today stronger than before, legs felt good, getting PB's every week still.
Reconstituted my next GH vial with a new bottle of BAC water, and no sting, so guessing it must have been the BAC. Either way, no sting is a good thing in my book.
So, I'll try and post pics next week, if I can get my eating under control. Seeing muscular gains everywhere, my legs, and my traps especially, but I am gaining a lot of fat, especially around my midsection. I'm also getting bloods done on Wednesday, I suspect my E2 is high, and I might have to preemptively get my hands on some ezetimibe as my cholesterol levels were barely within range natty. Will post when they're in and we can discuss.
Still massively motivated for the gym, but I am missing the Anavar for that extra gym push haha. I will keep away from it for now however. 4 weeks at a time I think is plenty.
