That looks like a neurodegenerative disease test. (DRPLA)
I think you need something with 9-37 repeats, i believe it is a custom test.

My rudimentary understanding of the test is that they need to sequence your DNA and someone has to manually count the CAG repeats. I'm sure this is why it's so expensive at Merick.
Grain of salt required. I am only going off memory of what I heard Kurt Havens say about it.

I’m getting a baseline for my next moves and I noticed they added a GH panel which is slick.
Here’s a summary, looks decent, right?
TRT Follow Up Panel — $75
Covers CBC (hematocrit / RBC thickness), CMP (liver + kidney), Total + Free T, Estradiol, SHBG, PSA. Basically core safety + hormone balance.
GH Response Panel — $68
IGF-1, fasting insulin, fasting glucose + CMP. Gives GH response + insulin resistance baseline.
Lipid Therapy Panel — $28.50
HDL / LDL / Trigs + ApoB. Mainly watching HDL crash and ApoB rise from Anavar.
GGT — $7
Cheap early liver stress marker. Catches oral strain earlier than AST/ALT sometimes.
A1C — $10.50
Long-term glucose trend since GH can push insulin resistance over time.
Total: ~$189
Goal was:
