IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME ABOUT YOUR ORDER


I am receiving an overwhelming number of daily messages asking about tracking, order status, and delivery updates — often from the same people, every single day. This stops now.


Once you receive a tracking number, you must allow a MINIMUM of 20 WORKING DAYS before asking about your order.
Messages sent within this time frame will be ignored.


Here is how my system works:


  • I am automatically notified if:
    • A parcel fails delivery
    • A parcel is seized by customs
    • A parcel has no movement for an abnormal amount of time
    • Weather or logistics delays occur

If any real issue happens, I will contact you. You do not need to chase me.


Not seeing movement is normal.
Tracking will NOT update until the parcel passes customs.
This is intentional and part of my OPSEC. I will not compromise security.


I can tell you the final carrier only.
No forwarder details.
No logistics discussions.


Any order placed up to February 5th will ship before CNY.


If you have not yet received tracking, be patient. I am working daily to process orders and secure tracking numbers. I am not sitting idle.


Every unnecessary message takes time away from:


  • Getting tracking for new orders
  • Serving paying customers
  • Moving shipments faster

Respect the process.
Respect the time frames.
Respect my time.

I can only assume you are scamming me, as I just paid you 3.5 seconds ago, and you have not told me that my package has cleared customs yet.
Also please let me know which cycle is best, I am 13 years old but almost 14 in March.
I will send you 20 more emails and 73 more telegram messages, at least until my mom picks me up from school

This isn't terribly inaccurate. I overheard what must of been 2 16 yr old boys talking about gear usage yesterday at the gym. It was a bit horrifying. There is absolutely a national trend right now in the US towards anabolic steroid abuse.

- Plus my second order just touched down! Everything with the HGH and glutathione arrived exactly as ordered.





Label Update & Finding a "Floater"

Since the new pack arrived, I took some time to redo the labels for the vials from my first order (mostly because user @Photon was having literal nightmares about my first attempt at DIY labels lol).

That’s when I spotted it: a tiny black piece of plastic (or some kind of synthetic material??) floating in one of the sealed Masteron vials. I must have completely missed it when the package first arrived, but under closer inspection, it was definitely there. Tbh not a big deal for me, Oil does not look contaminated or rancid, going to filter it and use it anyway.

I managed to pull it out with a syringe to see what it was.

It definitely looks like a small bit of plastic. I’m going to talk to Mark about this - it’s a bit of a QC issue, and I want to see what he says, especially since I totally overlooked it at first.


And I know the pictures aren't exactly "professional grade," but it's incredibly hard to get an old iPhone to focus on such a tiny piece inside the oil rather than the glass itself. It’s definitely floating in there, though.

And before anyone starts doubting my motives: I am NOT looking for a refund, store credit, a free reship, or anything of the sort (I’m still gonna pin it anyway). This is about 100% transparency… crystal clear, just like Mark’s oils lol.


@MarkWellWise if I do end up dropping dead because the oil was contaminated, you have my address - just make sure to keep my wife supplied with GHK-CU and HGH at regular intervals! ;)



2nd Order Review

Regarding the second order:

• Product: HGH + glutathione
• Status: Arrived 100% as described. Green tops on GH like on Jano test.
• Logistics: Everything went smooth, fast and well packed.

Still sticking with my opinion that Mark is a top-tier guy to deal with.


Look, even though I’m a total fanboy of Mark, I’m still sharing 100% of my experience here, including the negatives. I think we can all agree that at these prices and for service directly from CN, you can't always expect absolute Pharma-grade perfection. To me, the support and how a vendor handles these kinds of incidents is much more important.


I’ll keep you guys in the loop once I've spoken to him and when the lab results for the Mast come in.

You are correct, the presence of any foreign particulate inside a sealed vial represents a quality control failure. Regardless of size or material, this should not occur, and I take responsibility for it.

For transparency, I want to explain our current process:
All oil-based products are passed through multi-stage sterile filtration, including final filtration through medical-grade membrane filters prior to vialing. Vials and stoppers are pre-cleaned, sterilized, and visually inspected before filling. After filling and sealing, each batch undergoes manual visual inspection under strong lighting to check for particulate matter, discoloration, or abnormalities before release.
Incidents like this did occur many years ago, before these controls were fully implemented. Since upgrading our procedures, reports of foreign matter have been essentially nonexistent. Seeing this now is disappointing and frankly embarrassing for me.
Even with layered controls, rare failures can still happen due to factors such as micro-fragments from packaging materials, stopper handling, or environmental contamination. That does not excuse the outcome, it simply explains the possible mechanism.

@phteven and I have already discussed this privately and have agreed on a resolution that he will be satisfied with.
Moving forward, I will make sure that we are at least:
• Adding an additional post-fill visual inspection step

No hiding, no deflection, no excuses.

I appreciate the transparency shown by @phteven and I encourage continued reporting of anything questionable. It help us maintain standards and protects everyone.
I remain fully committed to continuous improvement and standing behind what I sell.

A floating in CN oils? Oh man... never heard of that before.

No big deal, it just be like that sometimes.

At least they dont look like lava lamps like the last few batches of Hepius batches of EQ and NPP lol.
Yeah right? That’s what I thought. Seen and used much worse things. That’s why I said, it’s just for transparency reasons, no need to refund or anything. Life is life.

Talked about it, found a solution, no further Action needed. For transparency again: mark was also immediately ready to reship this one vial for free - but not needed, as I said. All fine, his response and way of getting things done is compensation enough for me!
