Do you think 0.5ml of water for injection is sufficient for reconstitution with 5mg of tirzepatid?

5 mg is not much, people reconstitute 20 mg with 3 ml, so I guess it should suffice. But I have never tried to do so, take it with a grain of salt.

I’ve essentially done the same thing. 1ml to recon 10mg. Dose was 5mg so 0.5ml shot. No issues.

I sometimes get a bit of ISR if i dilute a vial with only 1ml of bac water. If thats the case I'll dilute at 2ml and inject 0.5ml x2 to get a 5mg dosage. If diluting with less solution causes no irritation then use less.

Pretty sure pharma mounjaro uses .5mL for 15mg so should be fine.

Yes, unless you find the filler won't dissolve, then just add another 0.5mL.

its fine. 1ml of 10mg vials is good enough.
ive used 3ml and 2ml for 30mg vials as well and had no issues.
