Bitcoin works like a bidding line, not a waiting line. While you offered a good tip, and while you were waiting, other people suddenly offered bigger tips. Miners took those transactions first. Yours got pushed back, even though you did nothing wrong
So your transactions sat there until the rush calmed down.

I’m not built for small talk anyway. Probably cultural. Americans hit you with “how’s your day, how’s the weather,” and I’m standing there with full Slavic face like I’m about to collect a debt.

So yeah, gym rule is simple: don’t talk to me. Let me suffer, lift heavy, question my life choices, and leave in silence.
 
It's hopeless. I train in a hoodie with over ear headphones and people still try to talk to me. Even without the accessories I think my wife would agree I'm probably the least approachable person in the zip code. And yet, I find myself dealing with bullshitting talkers all the time. I've got this on special order in XXXL...

You can’t tell anyone that because it makes sense. I think people drastically over estimate their physique and gym abilities. Confusing working out for such and such number of years with actual 100 percent doing it all correct diet and training. Shit is just a shortcut for most because they suck at the rest of it. So many new profiles and members jumping straight on the tren train and other stuff with their above average body fat. Is what it is though good for the sources since there is no required pre requisites lol.
amend it's hilarious seeing dudes running Tren when I wouldn't even guess they are on trt. I've only touched it 2x in my life once in my twenties now I'm 34 and ran 6 weeks just recently I believe only advance lifters have a need for it if you're tying to compete.

No trying to Hijack - but wondering how folks compare TNE to something like Inj Anadrol as a pre-workout? Have tried them both, not SP5DER's TNE yet - effects seem similar. Feel slightly more focused with anadrol, great pumps and noticeable strength bump with both, more outright aggression with TNE. Don't see any BP issues with 50 mg of each either way. I feel like TNE might be better over longer stints given that it's just extra test and anadrol is, well, anadrol. Injected or not, still is what it is.
 
I’ve always worked out in the morning as I’ve been in construction my whole life. I’ve pushed it back even earlier as I’ve gotten older. I go to bed really early and get up at 1am, in the gym at 2 and on the job site by 5:30-6am.
My man! I don’t do this anymore but I used to work swing shift in a lab and had to be in the lab on day shift at 4:45am. So I had to get up around 2:15am to get my gym time in before work on day shift.

Not as bad as 1am like you but considering it was swing shift and I would have to work 5pm to 5am after 2 days off after day shift, it was really hard to find any semblance of a routine sleep schedule.

I don’t mind the waking up super early. It’s working the night shift and having to sleep during the day that I never meshed with. If the damn sun is up, I also should be up!
 
1ml in my delt an hour before chest work out yesterday. No PIP at all defiantly gave me a boost good pumps god focus and I think a bump in strength. But think I need to take it earlier I am going to try 2 hours before my next work out.
I did an hour and it did pick up as I went I felt like. Got legs shortly and see if it goes the same.
