Has anyone heard anything about rusfertide coming available anywhere sometime soon. Looks like it may be a game changer for managing hct when it finally hits the market. From what I understand it mimics hepcidin and would eliminate the need for us high responders to have to donate blood to attempt to keep bloods in check
