New here. Awesome transformation. Wondering what route you took to cut!? I’m 172. Looking for lean volume. Wondering where to start. I’m in the gym 6 days a week. Working push/pull. Progressive overload.

wasnt very healthy about it, dnp, clen and trizepatide for most the cut, felt like hell but damn i was melting fat off daily. As long as youre burning more calories than you eat, ideally prioritising protein, youll be golden
