Advice - Small cycle

Hello everyone, just for context I've been a member for a few years and have basically ran a couple of good cycles throughout a few years thanks to information here, have always had good bloodwork, get blood donations several times per year, and last actual cycle might've been about a year+ ago. Since then I've basically ran test cyp 150-200 per week and some months back had run about 3 months of masteron. Looking to run something very soon and will order soon.
I'm 6'1", 235lbs, and muscular. My diet is clean, and I get around 220 protein perday, mostly real food, good carbs like sweet potato or steamed rice is a daily.
Rigth now I'm also on reta 2mg per week, I'd like to sit at around 220-230 eventually but relatively lean.

Anyways, I pushed up to 300mg test 2 weeks ago, no sides, no acne, great sleep, great days, etc
I'd like to add in either EQ or Tren, or tren or possibly both. If I do both I want to run maybe 1-200mg eq and 75-100 tren, I've ran these amounts before and had killer results. I was wondering if anyone maybe had a little advice or info on which of these might be better in your opinion? Thanks everyone.
 
With such a low dose of Test I wouldn't bother with EQ just incase you crash e2..

Tren I would just steer clear, not worth finding out that you don't get along with it if you react badly.. If your diet is dialed in I would either bump the Testosterone gradually or potentially run a small amount of Deca and add some cardio 3x a week..

Thanks for the advice, brother. I've ran tren before at around 100-150mg per week and sides were minimal, some night sweats but thats about it, I was thinking of going around 75mg this time. But yeah, I'll probably up the test before these and see what happens. Diet is good, I do cardio 6x per week, 25 minute steady state walking, around 130bpm. Thanks, dude. I will take a look at the deca. What would you consider a small amount of deca if I was running say 400-500 test?

You could start very low end, first thing you will have some nicer feeling joints at just 100-150mg weekly.. 250mg you should start to see a more cosmetic effect and that would still keep you in a good 2:1 ratio with 500mg Test..

Great to hear everything else sounds great my man.. Slowly up your Test over time see how you get on then look at adding Deca later if your happy with everything and bloods are looking good..
 
As others have said, definitely best to see how you get on bumping up to 500ish test, seems like the golden staple.

The compound heavily depends on the goal, lean/dry primo or tren, mass bold/deca, primo/mast are good for combating higher estrogen sides.

A good addition would then be lowering the test back down a little where you feel E is stable (especially if using 19 nor), can back with bloodwork if unsure and incrementally adding an additional compound.

Bold, mast and primo be wary about lowering effects on E.
