For real it's a bummer. I didn't ask but it seems like they were worried about some threat and didn't want any heat. Idk the story behind it.

No idea. I think they were willing to refund/resend while a third test was pending but now that the cat is out of the bag I'm not sure
It also seems there are different labels on the yellow tops, suggesting possible different sources/batches, any info about that? I have the silver labels on mine.
