Morning vs Night HGH pin

Also, I tested at 106 upon waking. Maybe that’s accurate, maybe it’s not. Post workout just now, retested at 103 but decided to test again and it was 83(near my normal) and then decided to test again for a third time and it was 83 again. I just have a cheap device from Walmart so idk the level of accuracy it provides. But we’ll keep testing to try and pinpoint it over the next several days
Also, if you're going to do growth hormone, why don't you "invest" in a device that is worthy of tracking something so serious as your blood glucose

Yeah I’m seeing that now. But I’m adding berberine to see if that helps. Someone recommended walking 15-30 minutes post meal as well. If there’s no improvement I can either get some metformin or just drop the gh opposed to further risking it. I may even pull my carbs from my final meal and combined that with my meal before that and then combine my casein shake with my final meal protein. That would almost certainly give me a two hour fast from carbs at least before bed. However, I do wonder how the Reta I’m taking affects all of this with the slowed digestion and why the Reta itself isn’t giving me an assist with glucose.

Those numbers are pretty low which is good but it can also mean its not calibrated properly, especially when you just woke up and its 106. Normally numbers are on the higher end like 110. Test 30 minutes after you eat a meal and let me know

I need acromegaly in my dick, it seems to be getting smaller as i age , lol #tinypeta.com ;)

It might. Every erection infuses the penis with blood that has high concentrations of IGF-1. When men have fewer (or no) erections for long periods, they lose size.

Lots of research into low IGF-1 causing delayed puberty in children.

This unusual study included one fully developed 28 year old man, who has normal growth hormone but produces low IGF-1.

Injecting rhIGF-1 (Increlex) his average IGF-1 increased from about 50 to 300 (peak 900 for a few hours), for around 9 months. There was a significant increase in penis and testicle size.

After experiment ended and IGF-1 dropped to normal, genitalia shrank back to previous size….

It was 99 then I tested again and it was 100. This is roughly 45 minutes after a no carb meal plus a 25ish minute walk.

Ok looks good. Just make sure you dont pin above 110 because you dont want to be insulin resistant or get diabetes
I think I’m just going to drop this drug. I really wanted the better sleep quality from it but I wasn’t even feeling that after 3 weeks. I was told that would be one of the more “instant” effects from it. I really wanted the fat loss benefits most of all. But the timing around having to dose this is making it difficult to get all my meals in and spaced out appropriately. I’ve cut food out of my diet for timing and cut a big chunk of carbs out to help with blood glucose and not having carbs after 7pm. Speaking on that, my blood glucose was reading 130, an hour and a half after eating sirloin and having a casein shake with water. I went for a walk post meal and that didn’t help. I was only running 3iu. I was told Reta, mots c, and berberine would help my glucose issues but I’m taking all of that. This whole drug seems like a massive inconvenience

If you wanna lose fat, get on a GLP , HGH is not a fast fat burner, more like a slow burn, whereas a GLP will melt it off fast

Try Tesamorelin. It’ll max out your “natural” GH production, but keeps all the natural regulation mechanisms in place so doesn’t require special effort to manage glucose, and is actually more effective for fat loss at lower levels of GH, because “pulses” don’t cause fat cells down regulate like rHGH causes. You also don’t need to be concerned with dose timing.

Basically Tesamorelin is like a luxury car with everything fully automatic. Just pin 2mg at the same time every day and forget about it. Within 4-6 months you’ll see significant fat loss and very few if any sides. This is its purpose, and FDA approved specifically for reducing fat. It’s very good at that.

rHGH is a sports car with everything under manual control. It can perform better than Tesa, but you have to carefully manage every aspect of it, and if you don’t you’ll end up in a ditch.

I’m on Reta and it’s definitely done its thing for my aesthetic. I know gh is the slow burner and a lot of people are saying it certainly helps with that last little bit, which is where I am(currently finishing up a cut) however, I’m about to run a bulk cycle and wanted to add this into my protocol to help maintain as much leanness I can leading up to a 12 week cut to a show. The rest and recovery gh provides is going to realllllly help optimize things for me because I sleep like shit, always have, was prescribed drugs for it several times but I completely gave up on that because they just make me feel run down 24/7. This supplement was a suggestion given by my current coach and I’ve never tried it so I figured why not and I’m open to it, if I can get it to work for me and Not give me diabetes

I have started looking into more since last night. I hate that I have a few gh kits that are just going to rot in my fridge now. With tesa, is that taken fasted and low carb as well though? I’m about to transition to a bulk and will be upping the carbs. Do I have to worry about BG with that?

Tesa can be taken at any time.

rHGH is directly injecting growth hormone into your system in one big dose.

Natural GH release from the pituitary gland is produced in small “pulses” lasting a few minutes. The pulse sizes change based on food intake, wake/sleep, physical activity. rHGH shuts all that down and gives it to you in one big continuous dose, which is why you have to coordinate timing with food intake.

Tesamorelin isn’t growth hormone. It “growth hormone releasing hormone”, acting like the “volume control” on your pituitary gland. You maintain the pulses that are automatically adjusted by food intake, sleep, etc, but they’re all AMPLIFIED and stronger. So a GH pulse that would normally be 1x, is now 1.5x.

Timing with Tesa is irrelevant, other than taking it at the same time daily.
