Elevated overnight heart rate?

Ligament

Sleep is shitty, sleep tracker says I have "non-restorative" sleep, and when I look at the metrics my overnight HR is sky high. HRV is garbage around mid 20s compared to mid 50s 6 months ago.

Resting heart rate is 65 during the day
Overnight heart rate 78-84

Why?

42M 6,1 194lbs, around 15%
150mg TestC, 120mg PrimoE a week
Reta 2-3mg a week
Recently started GH at 1iu a day at night.

Wearing a cgm and sugars are normal. BP 120/80. HCT sub 50. Thyroid labs normal.

No caffeine after 1pm.

The GH was started recently but this pattern was present before.

Took a 6 week break from Reta and I think it did improve somewhat. Got worse when started Reta back up recently.

No real change to anabolics in months. Total test is around 1300, free is high at 500, my shbg is in the trash can at 9. E2 is 14 which seems low but I feel ok, going to drop Primo to 90mg to address.

My main guess is the Reta or the Primo. Any other ideas?

It's likely the Reta causing this elevated hr, that seems to be the general consensus with other users, also what type of device do you use to track your sleep, etc.?

It's a Garmin sleep strap.

Reta is my main target too.

What's crazy is that I went on vacation for a few days and my sleep and hrv and HR was way better.

Came back to real life and it's markedly worse. So trying to tease out if its life stress or some environmental trigger or supplements. Too many variables.

I’m having similar issues. Using reta and hgh. Been using both for a long time, increased hgh to 5iu a couple months back. Decided to drop hgh for now and my hr has dropped at night, but not to normal. I did lose about 11 pounds in the course of a week though which I assume was retained water.

I’d like to loose a bit more weight though, so I’m not ready to drop reta yet.

On 12mg reta weekly and 4IU hgh nightly and have the same issue. I think mine is the Reta so i'm dropping back down to 9mg and seeing how that feels. 73-90 while sleeping last night is awful.

I think I am going to drop Reta and see what happens. Short term I can deal with this, if I was trying to cut, but I am just maintaining right now.

500 pg/ml? 50 ng/dl. Roughly double the generous upper reference range for adult male. You walk around like this year round of intermittently? Trough? Peak?
2x upper ref. Agree it's too high.

I am dropping down to 120mg test and 90 Primo to see if that becomes more reasonable. Still learning this game.

I think that is muddied a bit by HCG. I think I am a hyper responder to HCG which I was attempting to use to bring my E2 up.

I should probably drop primo all together and just drop down to 120 test only. I added the primo for e2 control which worked - but I am much leaner now.

I'm actually doing a 6 day ecg with a heart moniter stuck on my chest, all stemming from a irregularPre-Surgery EKG , so I was referred to the cardiologist before I was cleared for surgery , that I ended up being cleared anyways, but I still have to go through all the regiment at the heart doctor, which I absolutely don't mind because all it is just more data points for me, I've already had everything possible done as far as heart test etc. this is just one more piece to the puzzle and one more valuable piece to my data for my personal enhancement, it's better to be PROACTIVE than reactive.

Thanks everyone -

Plan:
1. Drop Reta completely.
2. Drop Test to 120mg a week
3. Drop Primo to 90mg a week
4. If I feel E2 getting low drop Primo even more.

Keep GH at 1 unit for next 1 then move to 2 units a day.

Be patient and reassess in 3-4 weeks.

Glad you are taking care of things. Don't want to mess around with the ticker.
