I've used it to help ease into sleep before on prep when I would sit in bed and not sleep

Cbd cannabis may help anxiety. Gaba type supplements, or hormones are what you want for anxiety
Regular gaba powder supplement. In some people it crosses the brain blood barrier slightly or some in others it doesn't. It seems to for me. That said I use it more sparingly than I used to
Pregnonlone is a hormone I'm thinking of using before bed on eq as it seems to give some subtle energy, and it also causes sleepiness by effecting gaba a , and it's hormone based
Gaba a drugs like Xanax are too easy to get addicted to I guess if you truly have super mental discipline you could do them 1-2 xs a week like I did at one time with phenibut from 2005-2025 , but it seemed to stop working so this year after it ran out is the first year I havent bought any
Eq esp moderate or high doses seems to cause anxiety more than anything. I've usually used low test moderate to high eq so maybe that was a mistake that caused low e2 and or low gaba levels
Ive heard using a 2:1 test to eq approach doesn't cause e2 to lower too much and may have seen blood results showing this
11 hydroxy thc is what happens when you eat an edible, decarbed THC, and is way stronger and last way longer. For sleep this stuff works
As for smoking it I've done it pre workout and was okay and may do it from time to time but not a big fan of it these way. Plus sometimes I like to converse in the gym, and on THC , well it seems conversation s are better without it and that matters to me
It's easy to get caught up in it , definitely don't do it for your line of work for money unless maybe you work for or around it, bc I've done that and had too many difficult times, work and money comes easier without it, ime
