Hello all,

Long time lurker here. Have been training consistently for over 4 years now. Been running trt with hgh for the last year with the goal of surpassing my natural limits regarding muscle gain.
I'm currently 92kg, 5'11" and around 16% bf.


Currently on a bulk, so using primo, trt, hgh and small dose of tren. So far so good in terms of side effects. Blood panels all look good and sleep isn't too bad. Eating in a ~1000 calorie surplus.

I'll post a diary of my progress once I get more access to the forum.


I have already learned a lot through this forum and look forward to expanding my knowledge around training and PED use more.

Welcome! Very interested in what dosages you used for T and GH?
And 1000kcal surplus seems a bit much, but hey if it works for ya!
Hi, my current protocol is :

2.5iu hgh daily
200mg Testosterone C weekly
200mg Primo weekly
100mg tren weekly
666iu hcg eod
40mg telmisartan daily

I think 1000cal surplus is probably an exaggeration, I work a very physical job so in reality it probably works out more like 300-400 cal surplus per day. The calculators don't really account for active jobs or NEAT, so I'm doubtful I'm actually in a 1000cal surplus.

The current protocol is just a new one, before this I was cruising on trt and hgh of same doses as above.
I will get bloods after 2-3 weeks to see where I'm at in that regard.

I have more accessibility within the forum now so I'll post up a diary with images of my progress as I go along.
 
Ah, so the 1000kcals surplus was calculated based on BMR and not on TDEE then? Makes more sense now.

Your HCG dosing sticks out to me, what is the reasoning behind it?
