Var vs Tbol

for muscle building purposes (not performance in any sport), while on a lean bulk which one would you choose?

Anavar or Tbol?

I’d be combining it with a test base btw
 
For muscle building (dose dependant) Turinabol is probably your best bet out of the two. Its also better for stamina.
For strength/mind muscle connection and if on a cut Var would be better. Obviously theres other factors as to how successful it would be personally for you.
 
I answered you. You asked which was better for muscle building and I told you - Turinabol. As I also said there's many factors at play as to whether either of them works for you as intended.

tbh I’m currently a bit underweight (70kg at 186cm) and I want to get to 75kg.

I’m also 12% bf if that helps.
 
If you're 70kg at 1,86 you don't need any orals. Crank up the test and the food, both of the orals will do only so little in terms of adding real tissue, close to nothing. Same goes for every ped if not sufficient food is not in place.
 
Er...diet, rest, training....the product quality, human physiology....you know the basics right.
both Tbol or Var would be pharma grade.

now in regards to training, rest and diet, I don’t see how that would affect the choice.

Obv I’m trying to compare both ceteris paribus (meaning the training, diet, and rest would be the same in each scenario).

it will be my first cycle, so I really don’t know how much I aromatize tbh.

I’ll start at 300mg p/ week and get blood work done as soon as test fully titrates.

If I can up the dosage from there without needing an AI, I most def will.

So it’s your first cycle, you have no idea how you aromatise, yet you want to add an oral? You must be from TikTok

Like Eddie mentioned, stick to test, up the dose and crank the food up. You’ll have zero issues putting on weight.

I’d be adding an oral at the end of the 20-week cycle, so at that point I’d know how much I aromatize.

Besides both orals that I mentioned dont cause estrogen-like side effects so I can’t see what aromatization has to do with them

As someone else has already told you diet, training and upping the test is a better option for you. Taking an oral with a crappy diet/training isnt going to help you....surely this doesnt need pointing out.

It’s about not knowing the side effect of the most basic compound to any cycle, and you’re wanting to add more to it.

Stick to test, up the dose, and up the food. From your replies here though you aren’t listening to any advise though, so do what you want to do pimp

obviously the diet and training wouldn’t be crappy. I’ve been lifting natty for 3 years and already dialed in my diet and training.

But thx for the advice, I think I’ll up my test as much as possible without needing an AI.

I think I’ll reach the sweet spot once I understand what’s the highest dose I can handle without an AI, but please correct me if I’m wrong.

I’m just trying to understand the different perspectives about orals, nothing else.

But I appreciate your answer, and I didn’t want to come off as arrogant or anything.

Im going with tbol this off season. I don’t care for compounds that have an aesthetic effect in a mass gain phase. Anavar also does mess with my digestion, and digestion is most important in a mass gain phase. That being said, considering your weight really, i can guarantee they’re not needed. especially strong strength boosting orals. What is it going to realistically add to your lifts that a little more sleep or food won’t?
