Injection sites

When you guys are really lean, where do you use for sub Q, especially on cruise TRT doses so it's 0.5ml or less per shot?

When im really cut I only really hold fat on the upper 1/4 of my thighs, none in the love handle area and on stomach only really near my naval.

Glutes. Unless you're stage lean and 4% bodyfat. But in this point even some IM shots protruding.

I’m about to quit trying it, been 15-20 shots now, couldn’t walk right for a few days on every single one. Cant have that damn “pip hip” as an athlete. :mad:
 
since ive upped my dosages ive been pinning 3 or 4 times a week due to my misfortune taking big shots. This has led to my 3 injection sites not taking the injections how they used too. I’m looking for tips on new injection sites besides my dept, thigh and glute. I really only use my left delt and right glute. Do I just need to man the fuck up and explore my other spots or can I pin my calf?
Ventro Glute is a good site.

You can pin your calves, yes.

Only time I've had pip hip is when I was too low or too far rear. Are you pretty confident you're in the right place? Too far rear and my ass was sore. To low and my side hip was sore.

That’s really what I just kept on doing…trying a little further up, trying a little further forward, etc. I’d say every single pin was inside the zone on post 52, but still crippling “pip hip” every…single…time. :rolleyes:

Why you persist though? I gave up on VG after 3-4 shots. It’s the worst spot for me so far, no point trying to master this spot if it doesn’t sits well. There are plenty of other, easier places to pin.
 
Isn't it the easiest spot now that you know where it's at?

lift your knee up to a 90 degree angle
u should see a huge muscle pop up at the side
run your finger along the middle of that muscle till the hip waist line
relax your leg
then pin that spot

It's practically at your waistline that's why I think some of the confusion is , the picture above is pretty close to spot on to where I inject , i go a little further back though in the picture and I never get any PIP at all
