DHT Too high?

I've been using 125mg of testosterone enanthate and 300mg of nandrolone decanoate per week for 3 months, and 0.5mg of Dudasteride per day; my DHT is 680.

The value isn't very high considering I'm using Dudasteride

Did you mean to say 680 IS high since you are on dutasteride?

This doesn't make sense...

DHT at 680 is VERY high (assuming you are referring to ng/dl) considering you are using Dutasteride.

It's also a very high value for only using 125mg test and knowing Deca doesn't convert into DHT.



You must be misreading your blood work, confusing total T with DHT.

Normal range for someone on 125mg test a week without the use of a 5a-reductase inhibitor.

If you meant to say it is high for someone using Dutasteride, you are correct.

It can be depending on pinning frequency and lab timing.

What do you recommend?

You are at a normal level of DHT. If you are still worried about hair loss at that level you could try upping your dose to 1mg. Make sure you are getting labs done on the same days and same time.

If you are pinning 2x a week, you could measure at the mid point to get a better idea of the average DHT level.

If you change pinning frequency to ED this would provide more stable DHT levels and potentially lower them by reducing peaks and troughs.
