I don't blame you. I've been in this game over 30 years and NEVER seen npp that dark.Yea I filtered it pretty warm. Going to get this shit tested before I pin it tho. Never heard of NPP being so dark. It’s concerning.

I'm glad we resolved this issue. I will also relay this problem to the factory and have the product tested.Would 0.45ug filter be ok ? I know medical grade uses 0.22ug!
I’ve got a feeling with there npp 200 that there was a problem with the filtering after the brew and it was over looked! I was looking at the tren ace again and there is no sediment what’s ever in it !

I say this again. I have been using this supplier for about 10 months or so and have been really successful with them until recently. The only problem I have had the whole time is recently the npp 200 and obviously the original long ass wait for my order in September. Since that order I have done 2 others and received tracking. Every single lab I have used over the 10 years have had malfunctions or problems at least at some point and I understand being a UGL! Labs have problems but it’s how they fix them that makes them I believe. My problems that I have had with this supplier have been rectified for me and I’m not sure if it’s because I am a constant customer but I honestly believe they will rectify there mistakes!

FWIW a similar "assuring" was given to me but after weeks of deflecting the refund ("we will totally compensate you when you make your next order friend"-kinda thing which I wasnt gonna fall for) Mia flat out ghosted me.@Mia51888 has assured me that when my NPP test results come back she will reimburse me somehow if there’s an issue.

Just wanted to tell you in case you havent sent things to janoshik yet, it is very likely that you will not get reimbursed at all.
They constantly do some kind of selective scamming, keep a few useful idiots/sock puppets happy to do some promotion for them. Have shit quality control and no insurance, lie constantly and do just enough to keep new sales coming in.
