How to safely filter MCT and dilute test?

I tried diluting some test 400 e but didn’t like the process. I got 22 ptfe luer lock filters. I couldn’t figure out how to get the MCT from the bottle into the syringe In a way I liked. Is opening the bottle of organic mct drawing straight from bottle ok?

I ended up using a 3ml luer lock and just drawing straight up. Then in added the ptfe filter and a 21g needle pushed that into a new vial.

Is there a better way?

How long is the filtered mct oil good in a new sterile vial?

I want to draw 5 units of filtered mct and then combine that with 25 units of test in same syringe. The hope is the 5 units of mct will lessen PIP.

Yes that's fine. You can and should also heat the MCT once In its new home. Put in oven with an 18gauge pin sticking out the top to relieve pressure in the vial.

Make sure you are also adding the correct proportions of bb and ba, or everything will be off. If they are sterile syringes, its fine to draw from the bottle. I buy the 18ga 1.5" blunt tip needles from Amazon to help. A good shake for a few minutes once its diluted should mix fine, also make sure you put a vent needle into the stopper when adding the oil bb and ba. Otherwise buy a stir plate, mix everything in a beaker, then filter back into a new pre-sterilzed vial

I took 1500mg (3.65ml) of 400 e and blended it with 3.65ml mct I diluted. Took a 30ml dose and no pip. This 2 months ago.

I stopped though because I got 250 cyp. I also developed a rash back of my neck. Could have been related to the straight 400 e I tried (15 units), the 400e/mct blend or something else.

Yeah. .30. Comes out to about 60mg per dose.

Just got labs done. Will know in 2 days if the test I’ve been on compares to the clinic pharma grade I did for 3 months, cyp with GSO. Test went from 450 to 912. No symptoms.

Be careful with is. It could begin to oxidise and cause you more problems than your trying to solve. Some experienced people would say this step is unnecessary. Its also possibly not that effective. But I get why its soemthing that some might want to do.

I would suggest learning a wee bit more about what this suggestion is getting at if you dont have a clue why he's suggesting this.

i get the whole "do your own research" but if im asking that exact question in the comment, and you have the answer....why not at least point me in a direction or use less words to say "search solutions in mct oil" or "learn about smoke points of carrier oils"

Yeah apologies i dont necessarily disagree with you. Im also guessing why the heat it suggestion was made so I may be wrong. I suppose its more to do with me thinking that this is something that might be best understood on your own basic learning ... or something like that. Not a big deal.

Its probably to make an attempt at sterilisation.

thanks homie. i was a litte frustrated bc this is one of the places i got to when i was searching how to properly dilute (i searched ghoul's contributions first but honestly there are so many i gave up trying to sift thru them), so sorry for getting pissy.

i saw a few people talking about 160 in regards to sterility, but then someone mentioned 320 CELSIUS (which is hotter than anything i can produce at home...maybe the broiler?) but yeah.

i know meat bacteria is instantly killed at 165 in most instances, so i was leaning that way. i tried regardless, 1ml vale of eden mct, 1ml supplement oil, sterile 5ml vial, 160f for 5 minutes with a 23g pin in it. it was already filtered with .22um PTFE hydrophobic syringe filters.

ill report back to the thread if anything goes wrong so people can learn from my idiocy.

I would suggest auggest leaning on the grok AI a bit here to get yourself pointed in the right direction. It does great for answering these types of questions and explaining in great detail. But as always trust but verify. You will also need to add bb and ba to keep those in the correct proportions as well

I have no knowledge specific to home brewing but 161 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds would be enough to pasteurize the liquid. You could do 140 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes as well.
