Are there any actual issues with that sewer oil other than appearance? I always see cloudy shit but I never hear people having issues with it and it looks totally normal once filterd

Well if you mean someone injecting it and needing to be hospitalized or feeling negative effects instantly? Than no. Contamination, questionable sterilization, oxidation, and god knows what else are still unanswered. But I would consider those to be issues, others not as much.
