Hi. Im new. And I posted in the wrong forum and someone kindly linked to me the proper etiquette. So here I am.

Im 42. Used to be fat. Lost 80 pounds through diet and exercise. I was having pretty bad cognitive issues at the end of last year and found out I had low T. Like 150 low. Confirmed by multiple morning blood tests.

Well, here I am now in MESO, learning. I ran my first cycle beginning of summer. 400 test, 300 NPP, 200 Mast. Felt great. 2nd jumped in with 500 Test 200 Primo and 200 Tren. Felt great. Grew.

My goal is to see my Abs for the first time in my post college life. I am currently just on TRT and 50MG a week of NPP for joint support. Started 4 MG Reta last month. Im currently about 16 percent body fat and looking to go to 12.

5' 10"
220 pounds, down from 300.
Was 220 in March, started TRT and shot up to 240, have cut down to 217.

1. You aren't 16% if you can't see your abs

2. Don't run anything until you can see your abs

On what information did you base your decision to run 5 different compounds across 2 cycles, including Tren, having never seen your abs, less than a year after starting TRT and weighing 300 pounds?

bro went balls deep in tren his first year without being able to see any abs while already having bad cognition issues, gotta respect it tbh
 
i lost 80 pounds 3 years ago. I can see my top two abs and obliques. Guy above said it best. I went balls deep. Zero issues. I get my labs done every six to 8 weeks. I have every ancillary I need on hand, including Crestor to control lipids.

I didn’t even know forums like this existed, I learned everything that I know about anabolic’s from ChatGPT and it helped me design my stacks. I bought anastrozole and caber and injectable dbol just in case I crashed my E2. All of which I learned from ChatGPT. I just discovered this forum a week ago

If you couldn't get it right without drugs.... what made you think you could get it right with drugs?

I’ve used and still use ChatGPT for basic info. It will, however, almost always agree with you and spit out some really, really stupid shit. It had its places for sure, but that place is absolutely not designing a cycle.

Hire a coach and you can’t afford a coach read, read, and read all you can find, then start asking questions.

Still 16% seems like a stretch, you should get a DEXA scan so you aren't guessing. I was going off my scale (it estimates body fat) and it was off by like
8%. Could also see my top two abs even when I was almost 30%BF, everyone holds weight differently.

I am taller than you, weigh 45lbs less and have like 18%BF (dexa verified) for reference. That said - I have to keep my weight down for sports (+ recovering from an injury so kinda fat currently) and being that you were 300lbs you probably care A LOT more muscle than me. 16% just seems unlikely.
