People are literally receiving it crashed in non-cold places. Think that might be the least of your worries. Likely going out already crashed tbh

Am I missing something with stuff being crashed? Put it in a heating pad at even 85 degrees and it’ll fall back into solution. Pharmacy grade stuff does this too.
no, i haven’t. that’s why i asked. i see there’s some quality issues, what’s the deal with fulfillment? usually it’s lightning fast. not sure why he can’t just buy a label from somewhere else. doesn’t seem like a 72hour + problem. just to ship an order

Yeah, I had my last order's tracking number emailed out within minutes of being marked complete, it's been a few days which prompted me to come check the forums.
Same experience here really frustrated lol
I mean I throw all my oils in a cup of warm water prior to injection just because it makes it easier to draw and less PIP, if it dissolves at 85F that's below body temp. Fuck it we ball

He addressed the issue about not being able to buy shipping labels with crypto, but because emails are not getting answered, of course we are going to come here to try and get clarification. Has a new shipping vendor been sourced? If one can't be sourced how long until you try an alternate solution? It's easy to ignore someone in private because there's no consequences for doing so.

Isn’t the melting point for EQ powder is 90-100F? I don’t see how something crystallizing from being at the saturation point at a given temp and then falling below 89 degrees and crystallizing is harming it.

I'm actually very understanding when it comes to all of that, spending time with family comes first above all else. If you read my first post, prior to the holidays, I got a vial without a label, sent off a short email asking for clarification, and got no response. Ok cool you're busy as shit, I get it, but communication goes a very long way to assuage people's anxieties in general. Like one of the other posters said, a fuck you is better than nothing.

I’m sorry. Your right. I brewed a lot of it at one point and it falling out of solution was never an issue and if it did I STILL don’t see what the issue is.
