So five years ago I had cardiac arrest and was in a coma for six days.I woke up from the coma after seeing myself leaving my body from the hospital bed as someone had me by the hand.I was saying I’m not ready to go,I’am not ready to go looking back at myself and my girlfriend sitting next to me and I woke up.Needless to say I’m grateful everyday I’m above ground cause it can be taken away at any moment. The second pic is me five years later.Im 55 now and feeling great.

Honestly I was taking thermo spark a thermogenic that isn’t around anymore.I would take two and down it with a C4 every workout. So I went to train and was doing my workout and after a set I collapsed.A kid that had graduated nursing school gave me CPR till end showed up.They hit me 4 times got a beat and rush me to ER.

Thanks. You can read all the guidelines, studies, and see risks described in percentages, but real world stories like yours bring these things home in a way nothing else can.

This will sit in the back of member’s heads, hopefully leading to better decision making to avoid potential catastrophe (a god only knows how often the result is bad enough we NEVER have the chance to hear this kind of warning).

Not only have you turned it around through strength and willpower, cardiac rehab is something that’s the start of terminal decline for many men without the guts to push through, ending there days obese
on a couch.

The silver lining is it’ll never be repeated. It’s not the type of ischemic issue where you’re just waiting for the next chunk of plaque to break off at any moment causing a repeat.

(Hope you’re keeping your LDL crushed nonetheless, you’ve had your fair share of heart attacks for a lifetime)

When they did the dye test to see if there was blockage the doctor bent down and said, you have no blockage at all where you taking a supplement.Obviously I knew what it was and I never had high cholesterol or ldl only slightly high blood pressure which my doctor put me on 5mgs of amlodipine to control it
