Hey guys currently on trt dose of test (175mg) week npp 100mg and 50mg primo just to keep e2 happy. I want to add hgh been told to stay away from primo and add something like mast to to take advantage of igf1 conversion with the presence of E2. So if e2 is low, will it prevent igf1 conversion?

Sorry just an older guy i don't run big doses just super active looking for some health benefits

Cheers

E2 is “permissive” for the liver’s conversion of GH to IGF. A tiny bit is needed to for the process to function so:

Very low, below range E2 will inhibit IGF-1.

In range, and moderately above range, does not inhibit IGF-1.

Very high E2 will inhibit IGF-1.

Will do, im in Aus ill get one through one of the private labs here

If you mean quest/labcorp, fyi if you didn’t know, it’s much cheaper to buy the tests from places like jasonhealth / ultalabs , which use those labs for testing, than paying quest or labcorp directly.
