HYB 36IU HGH won't properly reconstitute

I bought 2 36 IU kits of hgh green tops from hyb and there hcg red tops. I tried like 5 vials to reconstitute with video evidence, it won't properly reconstitute I'm using .9 benzyl alcohol Bac water, proper protocol its just hella cloudy with particles. I showed them everything, even made a video of me doing it. They won't refund or reship it, clearly I got or a damaged product. Is this normal with them? What should I do? They're only offering me a fraction of credit. Don't they have quality control and reship if it's not good? Has anyone had a similar experience or been refunded?

i used it for other kits, no issues, even their hcg it all dissolved fine, just the hGH

I've recon with like 50 vials of chinese bac water to date. Non resulted in cloudy hgh.

Filter your hgh. It might clear up.
Look for 13mm 0.22um PES filters and sterile vials. I can post links if needed

HYB is in shambles atm. HGH sold with 0iu hgh. Reta10 hospitalized 2 people and more to come... dont expect anything from them

The crap from Amazon could be tap water with rubbing alcohol. There’s a reason it’s called “Reconstitution Solution” and not “Bacteriostatic Water”. It’s because the later has a legal definition (Sterile water for injection, USP Benzyl Alcohol, specific PH etc) and the FDA would be up their ass.

-No less than 1ml / 12iu rHGH. 3ml per vial in this case. (3.5ml preferable).

Pharma doesn’t use higher concentrations than that without adding special ingredients to prevent aggregation.

Most vendors wouldn’t give you anything in this situation to be honest.

Hyb sucks so it could easily be their product. Yes WWB is an improvement over them. You could try reconstituting with saline water and see. Should be fine if used within a week.
I tried using bacteriostatic water from qsc once and it made my product look like this. I tested the ph and it was 9. Way too high. I tossed the bac water and only use hospira now. Never had an issue with it
