Thanks for the updates!4 Week Labs: Hormones (sensitive)
I got my follow up hormones checked as planned after dropping everything from my "stack", switching sources and running test @ 200mg/week solo for baseline about 5 weeks ago. Finally got my sensitive testing results back so figured I'd share. I still have all my regular labs to draw next week.
Results:
Total Test (MS) - 2082
Estradiol (LC/MS) - 26
Prolactin - 11
Ferritin - 28 (L)

Im glad I added Ferritin testing to last labs, my coach was spot on. I was mentioning how I was feeling a bit tired lately and wasnt too sure why, well now I know lol I was advised 20-30mg iron bisglycinate supplementation and I started at 20mg (didnt want to split tablets tbh) last check in.
Although not huge, I did notice an improvement in the low energy/tired/groggy feeling. Continuing supplementation, not expecting much movement on my ferritin levels but hopefully signs of level pointing up, or atleast not pointing down. Will re-asses Iron protocol next labs.
Prolactin levels dropped from 14.4 to 11.0 using only 100mg p-5-p daily. Will take another reading soon to confirm.
Now for the big one,
Total T @ 2082. Levels went up ~560ng/dL while having dropped dosage from 300 to 200mg/week and switching to Primal Pharma. This reinforces our theory that previous gear was underdosed by about 50% (XT-Labs).
To be fair, my injection volume is a dumb number of 11 units so maybe possible actual volume was between 11-12 units if you average out the injections. Seems minimal, but if you add an extra .5 units while doing daily administration that can be up to an extra 3.5 units per week. Even accounting for that, its no where near explaining the differences in serum levels. Ill follow up with coach next week and get her thoughts.
This is my last Total T levels with date reference btw (10/9/25)

Does that mean XT Labs Test 300 is legit? Do you still think it’s about 200mg/ml instead of 300 as stated on the box?
