I have a question for tou regarding the SLU-PP-332 paired with DNP. Does it enhance it's effects or do the sort of "cancel" each other out?

I can see both being possible, but you have first hand experience

One is a mitochondrial uncoupler, causing oxidative stress and the other one is a mitochondrial optimizer reducing oxidative stress
 
But how would theu work together for fat loss?
The strategy on this is developing but fairly solid - think I have it correct below.

SS-31 to increase mitochondrial efficiency first (4-6 weeks)
SLU after to throttle them to the floor maximizing energy output (+ Urelithin A to recycle them before they’re dysfunctional)
DNP last to uncouple

Have not used all these in this manner. We simply ran SLU/5-amino most of prep and then hit DNP to peel off the last layer without any added stress (cardio, anabolics, stimulants) or less food.

End of the day they’re all modulating mitochondrial activity just in a different way.

Love to see this, I’ve been using SLU/5AM I really really like 5-Amino. The combo is amazing but feels good as well

Made this the easiest prep I’d ever done. Will never prep without them. I work with Authentic Aminos and they have a “Mito-Burn” that includes NMN as well.

lol I actually use NMN year round as well, good stuff. Sounds like a good supp, wait you don’t use 5AM/SLU year round? Is there a reason why?

I appreciate your reply. Great you are getting regular ekgs and if you can get baseline echo and track over time that would give you even more insight along with you tracking bloodwork. Echo would definitely give you insight into potential diastolic dysfunction, LVH, and any valve concerns.

Diastolic dysfunction can sneak up on people and trend there would give heavy androgen user some feedback to dial down androgen load. It appears you take cumulative yearly androgen load seriously as part of your process.

Shame that sometimes we can't get a specialist until something goes wrong. I've had to deal with arythmmia for a while but that did come with a blessing of baseline and semi regular echos.

I would think that SLU/5AM would be ‘healthy’ to take year round, why only prep Mac?
Because I generally don’t believe in supps like that all the time. I prefer some contrast from offseason to prep. Doesn’t mean you can’t. Many do. Just be sure with SLU you’ve got Urelithin in (and not the shit stuff, the expensive stuff unfortunately).
