Cue the parity plot of all testing done by vendor vs customer for same batch number across all injectables. That would be a cool plot. Neat idea for a vendor to do and keep a running plot with updates.

Well over 96% of them have landed exactly where they should.
This figure encompasses all HPLC testing to date on Primal Products? Do you have a table with all results and categories (vendor vs customer, product, batch number, etc.)? Useful to understand. And given your mission statement I would not be surprised.

A QC/QA database if you will.

We’re looking at more than thirty blind tests across multiple compounds and batches. Well over 96% of them have landed exactly where they should. The idea that “repeated” off results exist just doesn’t hold up when you look at the full dataset.
Well how would you define "repeated"? How about "multiple" or "numerous"?

I have 15 vials of each batch for Test C. Going to send in a full sealed vial from each batch.

I am also planning to transfer the remaining vials to new vials with better stoppers this weekend. I am considering taking a small amount from each vial per batch and combining into a vial for testing. I would be getting the average quantity for the 14 vials for each batch, correct? Would this be useful at all?

Sorry, you do have it.

Can you share?

You could be first vendor with a parity plot.
I don’t have a pretty graph or parity plot to drop in here, but I do keep a very simple spreadsheet where I track vendor test we run alongside blind customer result that gets posted. Vast majority of tests are clustering right around label, and then you have a couple of outliers that everyone already knows about.

For example, on Mast P200 our internal result for that lot was about 197 mg/mL and a customer blind test came back at 153 mg/mL. On Test C50, our internal came back at 58 mg/mL and a customer test landed at 63 mg/mL. Those are the types of points that I have.

Incredibly useful. Let me know if you need reimbursement up front to help cover testing.

I don’t think you’ll get reimbursed for the custom vial testing, but you would for the unopened vials sent in. The pulling a little from each vial to test seems tedious and potentially inaccurate. For your own knowledge, if you wanted an accurate dose of the rest of your shtuff - I would put it all into one media bottle, pull your sample for testing, then refilter into new vials of your preferred size.

Edit: fuck me ill shut up and just let primal answer

I hear you, but the idea that one blind test automatically defines an entire batch isn’t how this works. A single 220 result on a 250 label is something we review internally, but it’s not a reason to tell every customer to assume a different concentration. That would be irresponsible and scientifically wrong. We also aren’t expecting anyone to send their own vial in.

What we will do is verify our own process and tighten anything that needs tightening. We’ll also take care of anyone who reaches out with a specific concern.
Consider me someone reaching out with a concern… Want me to send in the other 3 vials? If you’re paying I’ll pack it up tonight!

Also don’t forget, the only reason you’re even seeing any of this stuff is because of our reimbursement policy. We’ve been reimbursing and crediting guys for blind testing from day one, and it’s probably the most generous setup on MESO.

Why do we do that? Because we actually want transparency.

Why don’t most other vendors do it? Because they know the moment people start testing in the wild, this exact kind of conversation pops up. They’d rather not have to deal with it at all.

We’re not scared. We’d rather take a few uncomfortable comments on the chin and keep improving, instead of hiding behind a wall and never letting anything see the light of day.

Not to pop your bubble but almost every US Dom vendor reimburses..

The reason for all of this testing is because people who bought your products are concerned about the variances..they mentioned it specifically in their post..

Will do. Any specific method you would recommend? I'm thinking I will pull 0.5ml from each vial into a 10ml vial for each batch unless there is a more accurate approach such as mentioned above by combining all first and then pulling.

I’m very new to this world, but this right here is exactly why I feel comfortable buying from primal. I have primo on the way that will land this week. I’ll be sending a sample in to Jano for gcms screening and concentration. This will be fully reimbursed. I feel very confident that Primal will make it right if the testing doesn’t come back as it should. His customer service is consistently top notch.

Honestly, what more should we expect? Like I said I’m new to this world, and I obviously want improvements and challenges to the status quo. I have to rely on the wisdom of the more experienced people on this forum. But some of the criticisms here seem to miss the forest through the trees.

Had 3 bottles of anadrol 50 I got from primal awhile ago , I found out that they may have been part of the batch that was actually 34mg. Reached out last week and they sent me 7 bottles of the anadrol 25 as replacement. Very happy with how they handled this !
