Sounds like you have some other problems to fix before worrying about gearim 21 year old, i mainly going gym 3 to 4 days a week. i been to the gym for 3 years, tracked everything. calories, macro, gym, supplement but still no big result. Compare to my 2 friends im super far behind man
yes last year i was thinking like this too and i changed by habits a lot Startin by tracking calories, weight, proteij and supplements but theres almost no differences except that i could lift lil bit heavier.Sounds like you have some other problems to fix before worrying about gear
If you aren't growing muscle after 3 years in the gym at 21 years old, you are doing it wrong.
Educate yourself. Work harder. Gear isn't going to do that for you.
You have to fix the problems you already have before adding new problems like gear.
damn but i really like lifting and building my bodyAs above, eat more, drink more, sleep more. If you’re still not growing, maybe pick a different hobby.
PED use at 21 is madness.
Then you are still doing it wrongyes last year i was thinking like this too and i changed by habits a lot Startin by tracking calories, weight, proteij and supplements but theres almost no differences except that i could lift lil bit heavier.
thanksna lot yeah i might read more hereWe would all really encourage you to hold off for a few more years. Promise you still have room to grow unassisted.
By all means, stick around here and read a lot. There is so much to learn. There are a lot of people here that actually want the best for you and your health

If you are 21 years old, and in the gym frequently.... but not making gains...... you are doing it wrong
At your age bro, definitely hold off. Push your natural limits as your body is in it's prime building years. You can't compare yourself to your buddies or other gym folks. In this sport/hobby, you can only compare yourself to prior versions of you. Keep studying, keep applying new practices in the gym, in your diet and see what works for your body. It took me years to dial in the basics and not chase the fads/shit everyone swears by and are selling. Train hard as fuck, eat enough of the right foods, sleep enough. It's that simple, I promise.there is gains but it not too significant and if i compare my body from last year the difference is not too much but yeall ill learn more thanks
then figure out why and fix itthere is gains but it not too significant
thanks a lot for the tips, yes i tried to focus on compund lift as i studied and ask few guys. They all believe that compound is far more superior than iso in term of natty. But yeah i might try to learn more things again maybe theres much i didnt learn yetAt your age bro, definitely hold off. Push your natural limits as your body is in it's prime building years. You mentioned gains not being significant year over year. What are your compound lifts at, what's your plan for increasing them? What's your workout plan been for the last year? Did you increase daily calories to account for building the new muscle tissue? Don't be nervous to strike up a convo with some of the bigger/older guys at the gym and ask for a spot or assistance. A lot of us love to help teach and share the things we've gone through and learned.
yeah i done that i alwaya train to failure with rir 1~2 and somedays till i coulndt do it anymore. i also tracked my macro really quite well i might increase my macro againGoing to the gym is not enough. You have to pick up the heavy things they have there. And not only do you have to pick them up, you have keep doing that until you can't do it anymore. This sends a message to your muscles that you are pathetic. If you put things in your mouth that have a lot of protein and carbohydrates your body will try to be less pathetic next time.
yes the other member has told me thatYou might need to upgrade your account to get access. I think you need a certain post count or a paid membership to see some of the locked sections.
