22 lbs of overall weight loss in that timeframe. While substantial, it's fair to say that a 22-lb loss of weight likely contributes to lipid improvements. But a more than 25% reduction in ApoB and a nearly 70% reduction in LP(a) is not attainable from weight loss alone.First of all thanks for posting actual numbers.
Any change in your weight since then? I'm trying to figure out if the reta alone is improving people's numbers or if it's the weight loss associated with it.
Reta is definitely providing a measurable acceleration of improvement in those markers. The only other lipid-friendly protocols in my stack are Gorilla Mind Omega 3 Elixir (the best content/ratio I've found) and Nutricost Citrus Bergamot. Those also might have a hand in some of the reduction, but the above markers are very tough to budge even at single digit percentages. This is kind of insane given the timeframe especially.
