I make my own from Type 1 analytical grade DI water and use 2 filters a .22 micron and a positive charged anion exchange filter to remove endotoxins they come from gram negative bacterias cell wall and have a negative charge so they cling to the positive charged membrane . After I fill the vials place them in the autoclave with the stoppers loose and caps on loose and terminally sterilize them. And crimp immediately. 1 of the

WFI is just sterile ultra pure watsr with a low endotoxin content. Sodium chloride solution is just 0.9% NaCl that doesn't need to be in bacteriostatic water.

How do You want to use the water?

I Never use Nacl solutions, only Bac water for my peptides.
would I use wfi water for a single use (if I pinned 10iu ed) vial like 10iu hgh = Yes
multi-use vial 40iu = No

But I always use my own Bac water, there is no big effort in making it….
