Preparing shots in advance > good or bad ?

Hey guys
I’m fairly new to TRT, right now I’m doing 40mg of test-cyp EOD.
I learnt that pinning frequently would help reduce side effects.
However it’s time consuming, and in order to save some time, I decided to fill up my syringes in advance. I prepared 10 shots of 40mg that I stored in a dry place at room temperature and protected from light exposure. So I’m good for the next 3 weeks
Question : is this practice risky ? If yes, how so ?
Feedback/ advice would be very much appreciated :)
Cheers

im doin it every week. i just keep drawing needles on and swap to different needle before injection.

same with gh and peptides, i preload everything for next 7-10 days.

Hi,
diumb question,
do you preloaded GH and pept. in fridge, right?

Would the oil not have touched the rubber when he first filled the syringes thus already beginning degradation? seems like a process that once begun is kinda gonna keep happening. but i am new at this so im just asking

I used to actually like the swelling the oil caused with the plunger (it helped maximize pushing out that final drop), but in retrospect, it probably wasn't the best idea. Like mentioned above, I now leave an air gap and store vertically. No swelling at all anymore, so even though the oil does touch the plunger initially, apparently there needs to be some volume to it for the process to occur.

well thats what i was wondering, there could potentially be a thin layer resting on it no? maybe im overthinking it, i do that often
From what I understand the rubber plunger absorbs the solvent causing it to swell. I've had this happen before when I took some pre-filled syringes away on holiday for 3 weeks. Pinned it anyway with no consequence but that was obviously stupid in retrospect. The plunger was also sticky like glue when I took it out the syringe. If there's only a tiny amount on there it won't cause much damage as it seems the damage is done via continuous absorption.

Edit: It could also just be the actual carrier oil causing this as well. Same reason you shouldn't use oil based lubricant with condoms.

Usually there is always an air bubble when you draw from the vial - it's the small amount of air from the tip of the syringe and the needle. If you are cautious you'll manage to draw without wetting the rubber, but as someone already mentioned - 1 second contact can't compare to days of soaking

Might be worth considering a 2-part syringe, as they have no rubber stopper.

I considered this at one point, but my injection frequency really isn’t all that inconvenient for me at 3x per week.

Try to draw some air in and store the syringes needle down so the rubber does not touch the compound, as it will get in reaction with oil and contaminate the content. If it's water, then it doesn't matter.
if the compound is water based (example L carnitine), you can prefill syringes with no issues? how sure of this are you lol

that would save me a shit ton of time every morning.

I used to pre load mine
I don’t do that anymore
Just get 1ml luer lock and 30g half inch needle and that’s all..
